Working with Pacific View was a very unpleasant experience start to finish. After my mother had pre-paid years ago to intern her remains to unburden her family following her death they still charged the family an additional $800 to open the door , $900 to mount her name plaque (which is already affixed as well as a $125 "processing fee." Additionally the counselor there was attempting to upsell other services even though I made it clear I was not interested. Currently working with manager and hopefully they will resolve the charges. Difficult during a time of grief to deal with these matters and I'm guessing they are aware and taking advantage of grieving clients

I've wanted to write this review for a year. I literally will feel forever grateful to Katherine Reck for the kindness, empathy, understanding, professionalism, poise and support I received from her at Pacific View. Our daughter, Piper Joy, was stillborn the week before Christmas in 2015. Katharine said the owners would not take our money for any services they provided. They picked up our daughter from the hospital, lovingly held on to her and let me see her several times before she was cremated. There's no amount of money that could pay for the experience they provided and the extra time they gave me with our daughter. What you gave me was priceless and the greatest act of kindness I've ever felt to this day. Thank you, from the bottom of my heart. Thank you, thank you.

It has been 11yrs ago and continued since I first worked with the office team. Everything went smoothly then and if I know I am coming I can easily call ahead to have a quick check the the water vase is always clear and ready to go. Grounds maintained very well and very kind service always.

The location is superb. Gorgeous view all around, no ifs or buts.
Customer service all across-wouldn't recommend.
Staff-snobby, rude and unpleasant.
Feels like walking into a boutique shop with sales reps being vultures. Once you sign a contract, you are forgotten and dropped like a hot cake.
Marker-you might as well as make your own because you won't hear from them, AT ALL and when you do after you make calls after calls, they will give you the lamest excuses such as. "We have no control over the manufacturers who makes our markers."
Amazing.
Would never ever recommend this place.
