The best park we have ever stayed at, staff is wonderful, very very clean and quite. Can't wait to get there in Jan for our three month stay, this will be our fifth year and have had absolutely no issues at all. Best beach in Florida. I Think the people that complain about the so called rats don't know the difference between a rat and squirrel and yes there are al lot of playful squirrels that are no problem what so ever and for the ones that are worried about sand in their camper, don't go to the beach. Managers Mike and Terri are the greatest and most helpful people anyone could ask for

Slowly going down hill. I have been going here for years. It was originally a Motorcoach park only which is why the sites are small.
The good- It's a short walk to the beach, surf hut across the street, nicer than Camp Gulf, Kids like Alvins Island shop behind CG.
The bad- The mosquitos are terrible, rats in the trees and run along pool fence, sites are small and trucks have to park in the street, most sites won't allow awning to come out because of smaller trees. This last trip must have been bring your dog week/ bull mastiff. Really starting to show its age. I almost forgot, only 1 (one) toilet in the bath house for the guys. Beach chair vendors have 1/4 mile of beach taken up by 6am. The more I write this the lower i think my star should be. Sorry, not much else to chose from. Destin is turning into Panama City!

Small, well-kept, gated, paved level treed sites, beach access and friendly staff - those are the pluses. Pool is small, sites are small, WiFi is weak. We had a good five-night stay but have paid much less for equivalent facilities elsewhere - but it's the Emerald Coast during summer vacation season so that's to be expected.

Great location with beach access. Office staff extremely friendly and helpful. The lots are small and the park as a whole is also small. The wifi was hit or miss since we were on the opposite end of the office. Overall we enjoyed our stay there for 3 nights.

Very nice place. Clean, well manicured and nice RV pads. Pool is adequate. The only problem I have is with the Wi-Fi. With only 36 sites and an average of $83 a night after all the fees/taxes were added on you would think they could get Wi-Fi through the whole park. We were on the end in site #1 and it was very spotty. It would keep cutting out while surfing the web. Everything else was good.

Clean very well maintained park with pavestone drives and level concrete pads, a block away from private access beach. The park is relatively secure and pet friendly. Shops and eats within walking distance and a post office next door. Would have given 5 stars if the bathroom was larger, one stall in the men's.

    Odd location, great park.
Tucked between a gift shop and a post office.
Small, quaint, generally quiet. 30-35 sites. All but 2 have dense tropical foliage to give you a private feeling. Some sites are tight, d/t palm trees, for a big rig.
Wi-Fi is decent, better than most parks. Pool should be heated.
