I called after my insurance sent me a referral for this place and I was told to call back August 1st just to get seen in December. Thats not the business I have worked in a Dr office we have never given that response.

Wonderful doctor with some skills! Quick, efficient, and thorough. You'd be lucky to have him as your own! First of the month new patient protocol is understandable with the lack of dermatologist in the Albuquerque area.

I called on March16 to schedule an appointment with Dr. Romero. I was told to call back April 3 because they only schedule new patients at the beginning of the month and they would schedule me in August. I asked why they would inconvenience new patients that way and the receptionist said that's the rule. I asked what the reason for the rule was (Did it take more time for new patients, etc, ?) and was told no, that's just the rule.

Just like the first review, I didn't even get the words out of my mouth before I was cut off and told to call on the first of the month and they can see me 5 months down the road. Rude, rude and rude. If the first phone call is any indication of what kind of facility this is?.forget it! I'll keep searching.

Do not even try and schedule an appointment with this clinic. I have never received worse treatment or customer care from any hospital or clinic I have ever dealth with. They will tell you to call on the first of the month to make an appointment only to not answer the phones for 2 hours and then tell you that they are full and you have to play their game again the next month. Even the supervisors were unhelpful and unapologetic.
