1. They have not been able to figure out my acne situation which is super disappointing. Even after 7 years!
2. They put me on antibiotics for 9 MONTHS! Which I had no idea would kill my gut and make me unable to digest dairy or wheat and have many other long-term problems.
3. They are booked out 4 months for body scans which is way too far for me.

But, yes, the reviews are right that Dr Gray is nice

I visit Dermatology Center once a year for full body check. I am pleased with Lisa . She is consistently thorough in this exam and answers my questions kindly and patiently. I do a happy dance when I am declared normal.

Not only is she a wonderful doctor but she has a very kind and calm demeanor. The nurses and other staff have always been friendly and helpful. I highly recommend this dermatology practice.

I always have a good (Great!) experience at this Dermatology office. I have had head-toe cancer screenings, basal cell removal, cosmetic face procedures, skin evaluation using a Visia machine. I like the doctors and the technicians and the assistants and the front desk staff. Furthermore, I trust their advice and follow it. What else can I say? The BEST in my experience and opinion.

I recently had a visit to remove skin tags/mole. When I went for the first appointment I was informed that the spot that I wanted removed was a skin tag and not a mole as well as not covered under insurance so it would cost me $80 which included the removal of 5 skin tags. I had other skin tags so thought that was reasonable and worth it to get the brown spot in the middle of my neck removed. I even talked to the nurse about it potentially being a scar and it looking worse than the brown spot itself because I had had a mole removed before and it made a scar. I even showed her the scar. She said not to worry because its a skin tag so I went through with the procedure. The nurse put band aids over the spots she treated therefore I didn't see until I got home that the original brown spot that I had come in for was still there. I immediately called back and asked what my options were. They said I could come back at no charge to have the other "skin tag" removed. I just went back this morning and when I was in room with the nurse that performed the procedure originally she looked at the spot and said she thought it might be a mole so had to ask the doctor to come look at it. The doctor looked at the brown spot and said its a mole. She also told me that removing a mole would cost me $120 since its not covered under insurance. I said I didn't want to remove it at this time but thank you for taking the time to look at it. I then went to the receptionist to check out and was informed of a charge. I was confused because this was supposed to be a free visit. They said I could speak with the doctor because it was up to her about the charge. We then went back to the patient room that I was in and she proceeded to tell me that once she (the doctor) stepped in the room it was no longer going to be a free visit. I explained to them at no point did the nurse tell me that if I have to get the doctor in here that it was going to no longer be a free visit. Mind you my original visit that cost me $80 was to look at the skin tag/mole and get it removed. I'm already a little upset that it didn't happen to begin with. I wouldn't have had to spend the $80 for the skin tags. I tried to plead my case to the doctor but she was not budging at all and even told me to Google the fact that its a law that as soon as any doctor walks into a patient room that they have to bill for it. I'm not familiar with those laws as I'm not a doctor nor go to the doctor on a regular basis so had no clue of this law. I paid the fee of $43 for the visit and walked out of there in tears. Now I've spent a total $123 for skin tags that didn't bother me and still have the brown spot/mole that I originally wanted removed but was informed it was a skin tag. I have attached a picture of the "mole" because I'm confused as to how this was missed when I was telling the nurse I wanted the brown spot in the middle of my neck removed whether it be a skin tag or mole. I obviously will not be returning to this office. I'm sure they have a lot of happy customers, I'm just not one of them.
***Update: The office manager called and apologized and sent me a refund check of $43 for the office visit that was suppose to be free.
