  VERY DISAPPOINTED! I specifically asked if they could do Gel Ombré on natural nails as I signed in. Yes she said. I repeated my question to confirm and she said yes again. 10 minutes into my pedicure, one nail tech comes to try to talk me in to acrylic, then pink and white, then SNS asking why I didn't want any of them. I was very specific in my request upon arrival. The original nail tech I spoke with upon arriving came back to tell me they won't do gel ombré on natural nails bc the color will crack. However, she explained a single gel polish on natural nails wouldn't be a problem. Let me get this straight, two colors of gel meeting at the middle will crack but one color won't crack? Insane. I refused my manicure to do incompetence and unfortunately my pedicure was likely the worst I've ever had. Go figure. The young girl was new and didn't know how to do the pedicure. The lady next to her was telling her each step. I can't stand a pedicure where they simply rub in lotion. I can do that to myself. I was very hopeful for a good salon but unfortunately will not return. I will continue to drive to Atlanta and give my business to The Haute Spot on Roswell Road.

  I have been a loyal client of the owner for many years. Rose and her team do a fantastic job of making sure each customer is given great customer service. They pay attention to detail, the technicians are friendly, ensuring the customers are comfortable and happy with their experience. The shop is modern with all new furniture and tools. It is clean and sanitary. I would highly recommend American Nails in Cumming, GA.

  This nail salon is excellent! The staff is great, the salon is clean, and they always doing an excellent job. I have been going to Rose, who is the new owner, for over 8 years and follow her wherever she goes. Tiffany is excellent for pedicures as well. I constantly get compliments on both my nails and toes. Highly recommend this salon!!!!

  Excellent full service salon, both nail & wax services, Super clean, contemporary design & comfort, best eyebrow waxing yet, Rose is amazing!
  They also took care of me late Friday night as they were about to close! I've made this my goto salon, always service, with a smile. Thx to everyone at American Nails Cumming!

  I love American Nails! The salon is a happy and very clean Everyone is always so welcoming and attentive.A perfect time to spend some time and get pampered Despite the fact that they are always busy, I have always been able to get an appointment with my preferred specialists Vi, she's Amazing and very talented. her quality of work is top notch.Very sweet and mindful to all my needs. I highly recommend Vi. Her designs and techniques are very impressive.

  Rose (the owner) & her staff are the BEST. She has done my nails for 5 years & I just adore her, her professionalism, her warmth, her knowledge, & her love of her customers. They always take the greatest care of you no matter the service you get.
