If I could give this place a ZERO I would. I've gone to see Trin and Deb for 8 years and when she and a few others moved to this location I followed. I recently had a bad hair coloring in Utah and the blonde was an orange and it was a straight line of color and not a faded coloring into my darker roots. I asked Deb if she could fix it, there was a miscommunication about when she would be out of town but she recommended Katherine (Kat). I don't know why I didn't just go to Trin, but anyway. I sent Kat some texts back and forth of what I wanted my hair to look like and she said the light blonde ones I probably can't get to so I sent a balyage type style with darker colors and she said that was doable. I get to the salon on Saturday and she is trying to explain what she can do to my hair, I pull up more pictures and scroll through, I get to one that is really dark in the base with bright highlights and she said "it won't look like that, I don't like coloring like that" and I said okay great because I don't want it to look like that. I also said if you can't make it how I want I will just dye it all back to brown but she assured me she could do it. Long story short, it looked EXACTLY like the photo out of the 10 I showed her that I didn't want. There are highlights that don't go all the way to my head and I the only benefit was that the blonde wasn't orange anymore. I thanked her for making it not orange but I sat in the car knowing it wasn't what I wanted but after the other ordeal I had before I didn't know what to do at that point. I ended up paying $285 for this and I tried talking to Kat later that day saying it wasn't what I wanted and basically she said "well you said you just didn't want it orange anymore" I called Blue Fern and spoke to the manager who finally called me back after a week (I went out of town) and told me she believed what Kat said and couldn't do anything for me. I argued with her for a little bit and she said if I'm unhappy I need to talk to Kat, I said I did and nothing was done which is why I called you, and she told me well she is in charge of the salon and not the hairstylists. NO HELP. I messaged Kat after saying something needs to be done, I paid too much for this and now I have to get it redone. I sent her pictures of how the highlights don't go all the way to my head and this is not a "color correction" and if she couldn't have done it then she should have said that. And sshhhheee proceeded to say (her exact words) "You clearly did something to it as that is not how it looked when you left". I did not touch my hair at all! She said "everyone here is in agreement" she will not give me any of my money back, nor even a discount. The manager was no help and her Attitude was the most disrespectful ive every dealt with when it came to customer service. Basically Do Not Go Here, unless you don't mind crappy service from the salon or you do not get your hair done with Katherine. AVOID. After one hair appointment after 8 years I will no longer be going to this salon again. Waste of my money and my time any recommendations for a good hair colorist anyone?

Great environment. The massage therapist I had didn't listen to my requests. I asked to avoid an area on my leg with neuropathy, but that didn't happen. For the price, it was just OK.

Spectacular experience today! I spent my 50th birthday with them today. They treated me like a queen! I got to experience 5 hours of pampering. An amazing lunch with even a glass of champagne. Best massage, facial and body wraps. I come to this spa every year on my birthday. I always loved this spa place. It really is a nice place to go to relax and be treated that you are special.Thanks so much for making my birthday so amazing today.

Trinity does my hair with cut/color and conditioning treatments. My hair is amazing and my appointments are pre-scheduled. Alma perfects my skin with the best facials ever! Her knowledge and expertise goes beyond any other places I've been to. Bluefern is a zen like experience. LOVE it. Add another star!

I came to this spa because of a recommendation to massage therapist Alina, who is known to help problems with "frozen shoulder" (look it up, very debilitating ). When I arrived in April I could not sleep, could not reach out my left arm OR even raise it to above waist level because of pain. After a series of massage therapy sessions, I now have close to full range of motion, little pain and will soon be finished- without surgery. Alina and her hands are nothing short of EXPERT; very knowledgeable, caring, asks questions, but, most of all, has produced positive results. Spa has a soothing environment, very quiet and staff on the "spa side" is attentive and friendly. Would definitely recommend this spa. Oh- prices are reasonable, too !!
