We had a wonderful stay booked through Dereka's. Staff was professional and friendly from booking and throughout our stay! The condo at The Reserve was great with a fantastic view. There were a few little things that weren't perfect but overall a fantastic experience.

I work there as a housekeeper!I take pride in my work no matter what it may be but housekeeping is my number 1 job I love it and I'm good at it.I like it when people come and comment on how good they look .makes me feel good to hear that.

When we rented this place we were told that it slept six people, that was not the case. Also it advertised that it was a 300 yard walk to the slope. That also was not true. In all actuality it is almost a mile walk on dangerous terrain. It toke my boyfriend and his friend two hours to get to the slopes. It was a one bedroom condo with a pull out couch. That would have been fine except for the fact that the pull out couch was completely flat and all metal springs, which were all poking up.There was no padding what so ever so my boyfriends friend slept on metal all night long. The queen bed in the bedroom however was extremely itchy and it felt like we were begin bitten by bugs all night and could not sleep. It was also 90 degrees in the condo and you were not allowed to touch the Thermostat. I was really disappointed that this place was not what was advertised and what we were told by the employees. We called the following morning after our first stay to talk to someone about the issues we were having and to see how we could get them fixed. We ended up speaking to the owner and she was extremely rude right off the bat before we could even explain what was going on. She never offered a solution to fix our problems she told us to pack or stuff and come check out and we can go where we want. We came down to the front desk to check out and she proceeded to be rude. She said she didn't want to deal with us and would not give us a refund for our night. She stated that the pull out couch is what a pull out couch should look like. My boyfriend tried to tell her the problems so at least they could be fixed for the next person. She got angry and told him to get out and came out from behind the desk and pushed him out the front door. This is the worst experience I have ever had with management in my entire life. She never apologized or tried to fix the problem. This place clearly does not care about their customers or were or not they come back or their reputation.

I have to give Dereka's the highest star possible. The 5 stars are not enough.

On Thanksgiving 2014, I was in Sugar Mountain with my family and we could not reach where we were staying because there was a snow storm. I went in to their place and they helped me obtain another place which ended being way better.

I thank them from my heart and every time I will go to Sugar Mountain, they are my only contact.

We arrived July 1st and could not have been more pleased with the rental house and Dereka's. They have been fabulous and have gone above and beyond to make sure we have everything we need. We are here until October 1st and will use Dereka's again next year. Sam, and everyone else at Dereka's are fantastic!

The house was nice but we never got a wireless password. I called the front desk and they said it was posted in the house. There were 5 of us scouring the house for it, checked the router, and area around it as well as everywhere else we could think it would possibly be hidden. A few of us needed to work after skiing so we ended up activating a hot spot of our phones. Also one of the bathrooms you had to bend over to enter as the ceiling was about 2 ft above the toilet- fortunately you could stand up in the shower but the three of us sharing that room all hit our heads a few time.
