  We had the driveway, sidewalks, siding/brick and gutters pressure washed. Everything looks great! What an amazing difference! The appointment was easy to schedule and detailed questions were asked to determine exactly what we wanted done. We included pictures of the property to help get an accurate quote and the work was done by a very nice young man who did a great job. We would definitely recommend this company.

  I contacted Dependable to inquire about window washing and house power washing. Reasonable quote.
  Power washing: Josue came out and power washed the house and and did a great job. Was professional, on time and puts things back, so the place was in order when he left.
  Window washing: Deandre was professional and on time. Did a great job with the windows and we couldn’t be more happy.
  Both jobs were completed in a couple of hours and no issues.
  A+ would recommend.

  Dependable pressure washed the exterior brick of my house and cleaned the exterior windows. From the first contact Dan kept me informed about who would be doing the work and time of arrival. Both Josue and Deandre were very professional. They did an excellent job.

  I used Dependable Window Cleaning on April 28th 2023. Dan was great with communication via text. I liked seeing a photo of who was coming to complete the service beforehand. They were running late due to another cleaning, but completed the skylight and two windows interior and exterior very quickly and thoroughly when they arrived.

  Our experience with Dependable Window Cleaning was a pleasure from beginning to end. Getting a quote from Dan for window, light fixture and ceiling fan cleaning and scheduling the work was easy, as he is very responsive. He followed with a picture introduction of Deandre, who would be technician coming out to do the work at our house. Deandre and his partner were on time and detail oriented. They did a great job and left the windows sparkling…literally! The light fixture and ceiling fan also very clean. Highly recommend this company!
