Poor customer service the front desk young lady is not welcoming and rude . She seems not liking her job .And the most surprisingly they said that there will be a consultancy fee on my son who never had a chance seeing the dentist and have his teeth check.

I was a patient here for 3 years. Every single one of my appointments was a bad experience, the dental assistants were rude, the orthodontist was never involved in my orthodontic treatment, and no matter what time I showed up for my appointment I was consistently waiting 30 minutes to an hour. They closed for 9 months during covid and I had to completely restart my treatment after a full year. It was even worse since I way paying tens of thousands of dollars out of pocket. Even after my treatment was "done" there are still multiple issues that I had to have corrected by a different orthodontist. Save your time, money, and sanity and just go somewhere else.

My 5 year old daughter had a cleaning that discover 4 cavities, 2 of which needed root canals. She was terrified, but the staff and doctor were amazing with her. 3 appts in 2 weeks, but Dr. Tayla and Priscilla were able to comfort her and support her and got the job done with no crying! They took the time to make my daughter comfortable and build trust. I was amazed at how brave my little girl was and how incredible the experience was due to the amazing staff!

If you care about your children don't take them here.
Because they use a call center to book, they are overbooked.
You'll enjoy a packed waiting room all for 1 dentist!
My children were getting work done which need gas, which means no food for 3 hours
Our 10am appointment, we didn't get sat back til 12:30!
And they laughing gas broke that day or ran out. So my kids were starving for no reason.
And went through the procedure with no laughing gas. I had to rub they're legs to calm down as they were being worked on.
The only kind thing I can say is the dr herself, is great , she has a sweet personality and singing voice, I hope she finds another practice, as this facility is ran disgusting.
