Every time we come for appointment on time we have to wait minimum 50 minutes to see a dr, sometimes over an hour. But if you are 10 min. late you will need to reschedule.

I'm thrilled to share my positive experience with Saint Luke's Convenient Care 05/01/2023! Recently, while at work, I was bitten by a dog and rushed to their clinic towards the end of their business hours. Despite the time, they welcomed me in and stayed late to provide me with the necessary medical care.

I would like to express my sincere gratitude to the staff who worked on January 5th, 2023. The doctors and nurses were extremely friendly and professional. They did everything they could to numb the area of the bite, performed additional tests to ensure that the infection wasn't spreading, and prescribed the appropriate treatment.

I was very grateful that they stayed late to provide me with the necessary care, even though it was the end of their working day. Their care and attention to my health were genuine, and I can recommend Saint Luke's Convenient Care highly enough.

If you're looking for a place where you can receive professional and friendly medical care, I highly recommend visiting Saint Luke's Convenient Care. They are excellent at what they do and genuinely care about their patients.

Apparently doctors are only expected to read me questions from a computer screen, brush off concerns until next year. Why even try to make a patient feel like you might care about them? Eye contact while speaking to another human? No way, I have this computer to stare at even though we're in a tiny room together. There's money to be made.

I assume the online portal you require patients to use is so awful because you bought the software for it a decade ago and decided this is fine, forever. Why would you use anything remotely modern, you already paid for this and you're trying to maximize profits here. Totally makes sense given the clear business priorities of this garbage facility.

Good for you, St Luke's. Money over everything, just as Jesus said.

Dr. Schmeidler is great and I need to keep going to her, she gives you the time as a doctor, validates your concerns, and is very professional. Her schedule gets so full, so I scheduled with an NP breanna kuster once, and won’t do that again. She completely invalidated my concerns about stomach pain, told me she only had time for “one of my issues” that day, and delayed doing my physical exam for another time. I’ve never felt so invalidated about all of my medical concerns, I mean what if I had something immediate or that could of been a health emergency? I’m not a hypochondriac but I have a history I had to catch her up on and it seemed to put her to ask her to do her job. So I’m still torn about this practice but I do like Dr. Schmeidler, not sure if I’ll continue going here long term though….
