As first time home buyers, we hired Mike to perform our home inspection on the house we were purchasing. Mike is very punctual and professional. He did an extremely through job on our home inspection. Our appliances were delayed and not hooked up for the initial inspection. At no additional charge, Mike came back out the following week after the appliances were hooked up to ensure they were working. Scheduling, payment, and downloading the final report were all very easy and fast. Final report was easy to read and very detailed. Highly recommend MSJ Home Inspections to other homebuyers and will be using them for our 10 month warranty inspection.

Hired for a condo inspection, me as a single mom looking to make a wise purchase for my family, Mike did a thorough job, great pictures and details.
