  I did not travel on the bus but my 16 year old daughter did after her plane ticket from Houston to Dallas was canceled. Booking her a ticket was super easy and we could even get same day and next day options. The bus left and arrived on time. It was very clean. She stated the seats were comfortable with plenty of space. The single row of seats is a nice option. My daughter enjoyed the snacks and her roast beef sandwich. She said the quiet environment was enforced and a perk. She felt very safe even as a lone teenage traveler. We will definitely be using them in the future instead of flying.

  I've traveled most of my life and have experienced pretty much every type of transportation there is. Vonlane fits a category all on its own. I lived in Atlanta for 25 years and have lived in Nashville for just over a year, so the ability to have a comfortable - and luxurious - ride to and from that wasn't flying was exciting.
  
  When I first walked up to the coach, I was greeted by my amazing attendant, Drew. He greeted me by name, informed me that it wasn't a full trip, and offered up a suggestion for his favorite seat on the bus. I took his recommendation, and of course - he was right. I was immediately offered numerous drink options, and had the different amenities of my seat and the coach explained to me. I was given an inflatable neck pillow, eye cover, ear plugs, a toothbrush, headache meds, and wipes for my electronics. Mind. Blown.
  
  After watching a brief safety video, we were underway. The seat was extremely comfortable, and the coach rode like a dream. When we were on the interstate, Drew came around with snack options. He was very well versed in the options, and after telling him I was diabetic, he tailored his recommendations based on my needs.
  
  Knowing when to give space and when to be attentive is a delicate task in such an intimate space, but one Drew could offer a masterclass in. He thoughtfully checked on the coach throughout the journey anticipating our every need, and met them before we knew they were there.
  
  All of this would have been plenty to secure a wonderful review from most anyone, but no - the Vonlane team wasn't done there. About halfway through the journey, Drew came around with a number of different options for a meal. Remembering I'm diabetic, he also offered up a few drink options fitting my dietary needs. The food was delicious and the perfect size.
  
  After dinner, hot towels with lavender oil to cleanse your face and hands were brought around. Luxury. Without being prompted, he made sure I had a fresh Diet Coke to enjoy for the rest of the journey. While using the restroom I noticed outside there was a coffee machine, so I asked Drew if they had any decaf (it was a later trip) and to my surprise they did. It was delicious - seriously.
  
  We arrived safely in Nashville exactly on time, and I didn't want to get off the coach! I highly recommend this company. They know what they're doing, and do it very well. Whereas the coach and amenities were great, it was truly Drew custom tailoring my experience on the coach who made the trip one to remember. I will be a repeat customer because of his care.   I’m currently on a trip with this company. It’s a really nice bus, great service, and much more relaxing than driving. I give it 3 stars because, although the first hour of the drive was nice and peaceful, inevitably people started playing videos out loud on their phone, and it hasn’t been addressed at all by the staff. For such a luxury service, I would expect a policy and announcement about using headphones. It seems like such common sense that the 10 people around you shouldn’t be disturbed just because you want to listen to a video, but unfortunately that isn’t the norm these days. For that reason I think it’s the company’s responsibility to set a policy to keep the trip peaceful for other passengers.

  Absolute wonderful experience! This was such an enjoyable experience! From the comfort of a reclining leather comfy seat to the snacks then a good lunch, Vonlane doesn’t miss a beat! Wonderful trip from Houston to Ft Worth in an absolutely perfect coach! My only way to travel and cheaper than the train or Greyhound!! Love it!!

  Excellent service. Attendant Megan was superb in making passengers feel comfortable and well fed. Driver was too good he got us to Dallas from Houston in about 3hrs 45 minutes. This experience was worth every penny I paid for the bus ticket. Also got a free blow up neck pillow.
