  The personnel at each location Columbus Ohio to JFK .Delayed here at JFK DL5200 ✈️. Several changes to the departure still wait until Nov 5. About 0815 hrs last look.

  Had a wonderful experience, from the transporter picking me up in a wheelchair to getting me to my gate. My layover was also nice. When I arrived to my final destination, all Delta employees were fantastic! Even tho I was in pain, they did everything they could to make me as comfortable as possible! #DELTATHEONLYWAYIFLY

  Delta doesn't deserve a single star due to the way the airline is being run and the way passengers are treated..I had two of my flights cancelled twice within a single round trip and they Delta associates at the airport are rude, obnoxious and unhelpful to say the least. Delta has not provided any compensation whatsoever and I had to get a hotel room on my own dime for a cancellation I didn't cause. I should get reimbursed for the expenses incurred during this unfortunate cancellationwe are gradually watching the demise of what was once a great American icon.

  Delta has always been my very favorite North American carrier for my international flights and will continue to do so. I want to applaud the Delta team (in conjunction with Virgin Atlantic) for superior service, impeccable care and a safe and friendly flight attendants. I was accommodated for extra requests for drinks and light snacks for my almost 10 hour flight, free of charge or hassle. The flight attendants were more than happy to serve me, with great grace.
  The inflight meals were very well prepared, piping hot and with a variety of choice.
  The flight was smooth and landing, takeoff was so expertly done, you didn’t even notice it.
  Mostly, it’s just the human aspect of the airline that has made Delta my favorite U.S. carrier, as they very proudly and graciously tend to their customers needs and are expertly attentive.
  I was given free earbuds, eyeshades and noise plugs and the inflight entertainment had me spoiled for choice.
  Delta is consistently doing things right and I look forward to many more adventures with them.
  Virgin/Virgin Atlantic are equally wonderful and share the 5 star merit.

  Delta has to be by far the best airline to fly with, from the terminal entrance through the final off boarding of your destination, excellent service! I will always fly delta and encourage everyone to get the Delta experience, you won't regret it!
