  Loved here for 13 months. I will say it started off good until you realize that maintenance prioritize what they want when they want. The amenities are either down or always in some way a pay per use situation. Elevators were horrible as they would constantly take forever. Concierge was good especially Jay who makes coming home welcoming.
  
  I’m really a low maintenance person so to know that I had issues with my laundry unit and nothing was really ever done really put a bad taste in my mouth.
  
  The place has great potential I just wish it wasn’t an obvious price gouge.

  Hello!
  I wanted to take some well appreciated time to write a review for Del Ray! I have been living here for 2 years, going into my 3rd year here. The leasing team and concierge staff has been so amazing and fantastic!
  
  When I first moved in, I had a little hiccup with a unit that had a different floorplan than what I was expecting, however, the leasing manager - Kevin easily came to my rescue to remedy the issue. Kevin was able to make sure I was happy with my living situation and moved me into a new unit which "I believe" had a better layout, and a unique lofty feel. He also made sure extra charges were waived due to the error. As a new reside at the time, his assistance, and customer service was ABSOLUTELY above and beyond.
  
  In addition, during my stay, the team as a WHOLE is so welcoming, and kind to me. They make sure all my needs are assisted to in a timely manner and made sure they provide any updates via call. This also includes the whole maintenance staff! The whole Del Ray team truly cares about their residents, and the best part are the events they throw! :)
  
  I am currently going into my 3rd year at DelRay, and upgraded my apartment to a beautiful 1-bdr on a top floor. I had a little situation with my older apartment, and they were able to move me into a new unit because of it. The process and the helpful solutions they provided me were much appreciated.
  
  I wanted to call out the leasing manager Kevin, and the leasing consultant Kiariah as they both have been so attentive and accommodating to my needs moving into the new unit.
  
  I appreciate you guys so much! I always believe things happen; it is how you find a solution that helps the most. Kevin and Kiariah are super solution oriented, and their customer service is unmatched!
  
  Thank you, Del Ray, for everything! I am happy to be going into my 3rd lease here with you all. This is my home!

  I just moved to Alexandria and my experience at DelRay Tower has been excellent. The leasing office staff helped me find the best option and were very flexible in terms of start dates and requirements. I found the location of the building to be very good, with a bus stop in front of the building and the metro station relatively close. The building amenities are good and functional. The apartment is spacious and comfortable.

  Alexandria Luxe living is an accurate description of our time here. The apt was spacious and modern. We had great view and loved the rooftop amenities. We thoroughly enjoyed our time here. Down side delivery ppl cannot come to your floor.

  The three star review by Madison right before mine captured my own experience perfectly. #1-2 pro - the building is gorgeous and the location is really a neat place. #1 con - management is absolutely impossible to get ahold of no matter the issue unless you walk down to the actual office and talk to them in person. I’ll also note that, at least for me, utilities were insanely expensive. I paid more for the utilities in this studio apartment then my previous XL two bedroom in Crystal City.
  
  If you can put up with the cons, again, the units and property are beautiful and the city of DelRay is truly a lovely place to be.
