I have been coming to Compass Health System for almost 10 years.. I am always busy there but I love my doctor. They are amazing, hard working, professional and very understanding. I feel very comfortable with them. thank you

My experience is good so far, I have been going here for almost 2 years now. I had to go through various medications to finally get to a better place but, that's to be expected. I was set up with a great therapist. They are always on time with my medications and appointments. Not sure why this place has such bad reviews. 🤷‍♀️

Absolute DISASTER of a company. I’ve been with them before the pandemic and reaching them has NEVER gotten better. Didn’t see my therapist for a while, called to try to set up appointments, and they never called me back. I’ve been calling everyday for the last 10 days and they still haven’t gotten back to me, even when I asked to see a supervisor. For someone with adhd, setting up appointments or anything else with them is an absolute NIGHTMARE. For a company that claims to care about mental health, they sure don’t show it in their responsiveness with their patients.

Compass Health System is amazing, the staff members are very patient, they are very loving, kind and respectful. You can tell how you feel and the staff members listen to everything. I watched it twice and I was very happy. Once you make your appointment you can contact them via email and they answer your questions. It takes time to explain what you have. I've really felt listened to here by all of the doctors. They've been really wonderful. I did have one not as pleasant conversation with a nurse, who didn't seem to understand mental illness well at all, but she was just taking my vitals and such, so she was not my focus. The doctors themselves are amazing and at the end of the day, they provide the treatment.
