Don arrived when expected, spent quite a bit of time looking at the job(s) we needed done. Asked for a minimal amount of lead time to schedule this job (between other contractors). The guys showed up when expected. They were very courteous by introducing themselves an got on the job right away. It was a dirty job going under the house w/ minimal body clearance. They maintained a good attitude; were pleasant in answering questions an making suggestions. I recommend this company.

Called after moving to the area and left message that had work that needed done. No return call. Eight months later had tried again with different problem, again no return call. POS in my book.

Incompetent is the word that describes this backwards plumber. He fixed the sink, and it still leaked. Called him back to fix it and said he would charge a service charge for not doing it right in the first place. My advice, call someone else, they might be more expensive but it will be done probably right the first time. I know I am not the first to notice this, I asked around and have heard worse horror stories. If you don't believe me yourself, ask many of his other customers. Ask for credentials too for he seems just because he has done it for a long time he thinks he is good. Ask other businesses around the area that has to refix his mistakes. Don't take my word, research this imbecile for yourself.

Be warned, this company has very low standards where the owner is concerned. He bad mouthed both me and my wife, and complained the entire time he was here. Charged $295.00 for a 30 min. job, and I had removed the motor for him before he came. He cried about that too. Proverbs 2:10-15 NKJV explains his character to a tea.
