I dealt with Joe in Orriville the other day and explained that I have been making some comparison tests of sealers and that I wanted to include their best in my testing. The products arrived surprisingly fast along with some complementary pencils and a handwritten invitation to come to their product expo. What strikes me about this is that despite me being a small business and a brand new customer, I was treated with the sort of availability of time and care one might expect towards a big account that has been loyal for a long time. It isnt everyday that I find a vendor that cares this much, as usually a smaller customer like myself is overlooked on top of the tremendous disadvantage of not having the buying power to get good prices like the bigger guys. But in the case of Decocrete, and I guess Joe in particular, my experience is 100% positive and I feel great towards my future relationship with this company!

Very upset that they can’t take blame for their mistake!!
I came in with a picture of exactly what pattern I wanted and what colors for my stamped concrete floor.
They did not send some of the stamps to complete my Mariner Star Compass. Of course we did not notice until after coming home when the project was complete.
When I went back to ask how we can fix it, my reply was “we have a young crew with a big turnover so they probably didn’t know any different”. No Appologies or discount…Nothing!! It was nobody else fault but theirs as our contractor even called in that morning and questioned it but was told that “that is was she ordered”. I had a big picture from their magazines to show exactly what I wanted…really! IT WAS NOT WHAT I ORDERED!! Please learn to take blame when it’s YOUR fault. Very frustrated!!!
