The woman up front is very rude. It took 3 hours just to get a dot physical done. Waited 45 minutes after the physical just to get the medical card because of incompetence .

I will never go back! I signed in at 9:31 and at 10:40 I ask when I will be called back to see the doc. After about a minute I was called back.. the nurse said the front desk did not give them the paperwork until 10:30.. I called my husband who was on his way there to see the doc I told him to go somewhere else because the women at the front desk want a paycheck but don't want to wok for it I will never ever be back
