I did business with these guys for a several years, spent hundreds of dollars on services and frames and then was treated unfairly by a past manager who failed to give me warranty frames as advertised has now been fired. I am willing to give anybody a second chance. The new manager swears he does stand behind his products. I hope he does, well as least he called me to say that. So, i have changed my rating of Jody's from one star to three for his effort to correct this situation.
