The customer service and the food is amazing here. I go there once a week and order something different every time and have always enjoyed what I ordered. If there is a problem, the managers are willing to listen and fix it. Definitely a friendly atmosphere and great restaurant to go to. I recommend trying Jag's Burger.

DeNo's is one of my favorite pizza places since moving to west Roxbury. The people at the counter are always nice and very helpful and the food always tastes amazing!

Very expensive and the food is dry like a toast that been dried in the sun for weeks. Not worth a second visit.

Good subs, calzones and pizza, not always the cleanest place to eat in but it is super convenient if walking around west roxbury and you get hungry

I had a friend who highly recommended this place, so I had great expectations for this simple yet hopefully satisfactory. Unfortunately, they failed to meet my high expectations, or even the standard expectations that a customer with no previous knowledge of the place would have. I ordered the buffalo chicken pizza, which took a pretty long time. Even at first sight, the pizza was disappointing. It was burnt around the edges, and the orange pieces of breaded chicken looked unappetizing. The crust was really hard. In fact it was too hard for me to bite into. The breadcrumbs on the chicken had both a foul texture and taste, and completely ruined the experience for me. The pizza in itself (without the toppings) was rather bland. The employees at the cash register were quite noisy, and it did not allow for a peaceful, relaxing environment. I got a stomachache soon after finishing the pizza. I would not recommend their pizza, though I have yet to try their other menu items!

Place was so rude when they ruined my pizza they don't even deserve a star! I ordered a BBQ Chicken Pizza and when delivered it looked like tomato soup. When I asked politely where the onions where that is suppose to be on the pizza, they responded by saying their online ordering is different from placing a phone order. Like what type of lame excuse is that? They would not give me a credit (meanwhile my coworkers order often from there) instead making me wait a whole 30 minutes for a new pizza when it was their mistake to begin with. Since I wasted my whole lunch hour waiting for food, I'm using my last 5 minutes to write this review. I will also spread the word and pictures about my experience at this place to my coworkers!!!!!!

Tonights expeirence was horrible!! LINDA the night manager and the young blonde girl on Tuesday is extremely NASTY & RUDE. After messing up my order she didnt want to refund me my money and threatened to call the police on me.

This is our go-to pizza place. We also frequently order subs, calzone and buffalo chicken tenders. We almost always order take-out and have never had an issue with an incorrect order. The medium subs are enough food for two meals. We love the flavorstry the steak bomb calzone!

since deno's was sold food is sub standard pizza sauce is bland taste like they opened a can of tomato soup on pizza a lot of mice running around call it the MOUSE HOUSE. the portions are as small as they could be without some one complaining. the prices are kind of high on certain things ex: lg 2 topping pizza and a large wings cost about $36.00 what!!! too much for sub standard food. dominoes which i don't like either will give them a run for money any day. prep cooks do not know basics of sanitation because no one teaches them. dirty place. cooks do not care customer service is bad. i don't even want to give one star but can't post unless
