My daughter and I have stayed at this Days Inn in Navarre every year for the past five years and plan on returning this year. The staff are so helpful and friendly; the room is always clean and beautiful; the breakfast is great; and the proximity to so many attractions (like helicopter rides, miniature golf, water playground, and the butterfly house) is an added convenience. With a shopping mall on both sides of the motel and easy access to some of the most beautiful beaches, this is a PERFECT get away destination.
Clean room (for the most part), comfy beds, breakfast and breakfast staff were great! The floors in the room left our feet black (not sure what the "cleaning" process is but they need to be steamed for sure. Also, we had to walk through the hallway where the housekeeping staff was sitting and smoking, each time we left our room. Not a great atmosphere for families with small children.
It is very close to grocery and food options which is a plus and is very close to the beach bridge.
This hotel was pretty terrible, and not what I expected when staying here. The first night, the key cards that I received did not work and had to go back to get a new set. Once I was in the room, I noticed that one of the queen beds had brown stains on the sheets , and the other had slightly brown rings on it where it looked like someone spilled something on them. The A/C looked like it could use a bit of repair or at least a replacement. The TV is ridiculously small for this day in age. You can feel every single spring in the mattress! Believe it or not the shower was probably the best part about staying here if you can get over the fact that there's a major incline when showering. The next night my "new" key cards did not work. The lady at the front desk was friendly enough and seemed genuinely apologetic about the whole situation. The hotel was reasonably cheap, and I suppose it's true when they say "you get what you pay for."
Close to Beach and Cheap!!
Their is a grocery store and restaurants within walking distance to here. I really liked the helpfulness of the staff and management to make sure that I was enjoying my stay.
I had a great time staying there and the pool was perfect for cooling off in the evenings.
I definitely recommend this place for not only the convenience to the beach but the great price that they have too.
The hotel was conveniently located in Navarre near the conference area. The room was clean and had a fridge, microwave, iron, and ironing board. There was, surprisingly, a ton of cable channels, too! I actually enjoyed staying here at this hotel and look forward to staying here again.
This isn't the convention center, there's no beach access! They did have a good breakfast, good wifi signal, the maids were very nice and did a great job, the pool was a bit dirty, broken ice machine (but the front desk got us some), they don't have roll away beds & the front desk made sure to tell us they noted we had extra towels and would be charged for any missing towels (like we were thieves)! We rented 4 days and eventually seen the pool being cleaned and maintenance working on a door. Also, some pictures we seen here were of the convention center and not this conference center! We had thought we'd booked the conference center but ended up here and were not allowed to change our booking (even though the convention ctr is a days inn as well) and $99.50 per night way overpriced!
We had to evacuate from key west for hurricane irma and travelled 5 days and contacted an innumerable amount of hotels to try and get rooms. We are in the military so we had a fixed rate and every hotel that we called told us they could not give us the government rate; to include the Marriott and other hotels along the way. This was even after we told them what our situation was.
This was the only hotel we contacted that showed honest and true compassion for our situation. Cara the receptionist was amazing and far exceeded any expectations we could have possibly had!! They did everything they could to accommodate us and gave us a rate we were authorized to pay. To the extent that the housekeeping team went out of their way to have our rooms ready when we arrived early. Every morning we were greeted with a smile and asked if there was anything more that can be done to make our stay better..
I was blown away and can't speak highly enough about this hotel!! Iwould absolutely return for business and pleasure!! This is not your average Days Inn!! Book it!!
Great place. Staff was nice. Rooms are clean, but the carpets need a good cleaning. Breakfast is a little skimpy. Very close to the beach.
One night too many!!! I do not recommend this hotel even if it's the last resort as was in our situation. One of the most expensive nights at over $200 and a $35 fee for our schnauzer who was traveling with us. We were scolded when we first arrived when our dog barked several times while at the picnic tables outside. We quickly moved her. However the hotel was completely filled and the non stop partying going on all night right outside our room seemed to be okay with the hotel staff. The room was disgusting. We found several small bugs crawling up the sheets. We couldn't get out of there fast enough. we spent over $200 for a 10 hour stay. More than unacceptable!
It's a great place to stay. The cleaning ladies do a good job. Very convenient to get to the beach. My only complaint is the pool needs to be cleaned.
This is a basic hotel that has amazing workers to help & assist anyway needed. The room was clean and the breakfast was good! Our room was very cool temp wise & the fridge was cold. I would definitely stay here again.
Arrived got room.. upon entery in room the room was dirty, floors were filthy. Bathroom even worse.. locks on door were broken.. I would give it no stars if it would allow.. do not stay here it's not even close to what is advised.. do yourself a favor and go down the road to Hampton inn and enjoy your vacation!!!!!
Not too bad. I am a kinda picky hotel guest. Of the hotels I'm staying in this week, this was certainly the one I was most worried of. It's not too bad. The air filter in the air conditioner needs changing and the carpets smell moldy. If you are sensitive to these issues, go ahead and stay elsewhere in Pensacola, I couldn't find anything better than this locally.
The breakfast is a pitiful selection, bread for toast, two types of cereal, oatmeal, yogurt and boiled eggs.
I'm accustomed to more and better, but this worked for an overnight stay in Navarre.
