  Ultimate 1 star. Musty, old, noisy. Large gaps in Doors allow in light and sound, and cold breezes. Toilet lose from floor. Non functional remotes. Very dusty. Shameful.

  We had stayed there three times. each time it stated getting worse . This Last time it was NASTY floors were dirty Mirrors were filthy and smells like mold , bed sheets were dirty three pillows for King size bed. so I told the girl I wanted a diff room, she put us in another room , not much better, so I told her I wanted a refund, I was not staying in that dirt. I came here to have surgery and It needed to be clean. very disappointed , will not be staying there ever again. one star for the girl behind the desk. for the apology for the rooms condition.

  I was pretty scared after seeing all of the reviews. It was a decent hotel. Outside access to our room. The room was clean. The towels definitely need replaced or bleached. There was a gap at the bottom of the door. It was pretty quiet though. Overall, not a bad place to stay.

  It is right off bypass. I had to change rooms cause the 1 I got first was dirty. I might still have the pictures. But the room they changed me too was great. Its a nice place to stay

  The staff were friendly and the check in will quickly fool you that the motel was nice. It’s not, my room had an awkward smell as if it was damp and sat for a while. Found hair all around my toilet and on it. The tub was gritty on the bottom and was also dark brown from stains. Could definitely use some work. Cheapest hotel in the area but I wouldn’t go there again.

  The staff here are awesome. My room didn't have an ironing board, iron or microwave. When i requested these items one of the staff came to my room with a new iron and ironing board within minutes. She said that someone else would have to bring the microwave because it was too heavy for her to carry, she was a small little girl. A few minutes later there she was at the door holding this microwave. Awesome customer service!!

  I stayed here for work two seperate weeks. First room was ok. Cleanliness was certainly lacking both times. Second time, my room had no toilet paper, the toilet stayed running after flushed, there was no microwave, the shower drain was stopped up. The refrigerator was unplugged and had disgusting rotting food in it. Completely unacceptable! I would never bring anyone I cared about to this pathetic excuse of a hotel!

  Don't waste your money. Worse place we have ever stayed. If we had not pre-paid we would have gone someplace else. The room smelled like stale damp cigarette smoke. The commode wouldn't flush. Husband went to desk to ask for a plunger. He said give me 10 minutes. Half hour later still no plunger. Once again he went to desk. The man at the desk messaged the manager on duty. Twenty minutes later she comes to the door and said sorry I forgot. The water in the sink took forever to drain. The shower was a handheld shower head. When the maid service came to service the room she only made one of the beds. The breakfast was a joke. Cereal, toast, bagel and apples. We have stayed at several Days Inn's and they were very good. This place needs to be closed up period. Will never stay there again. If you are smart you will go elsewhere

  Rooms were clean, comfortable and reasonable... Was a normal continental breakfast, however, their fruit selection was limited to bananas only... Staff was friendly and helpful... My only issue was we were there with three dogs, because this was listed as a "pet friendly" hotel, yet the one and only really 'grassy' area, was the courtyard, where the pool was located, and for obvious reasons, no pets were allowed... Had to take my dogs behind the hotel, at the back of their parking lot where there were abandoned trucks, trash and plenty of ferrel cats running around...

  Owners were very nice. They are in the process of remodeling so be aware you can't sleep in because of noise. Other than that it was great. I would stay again

  Room was old and not well cleaned. There was a feces floating in the toilet when I entered the room so I know they did not clean the bathroom well. The furniture needs updating. The outside of the building looks good. The breakfast is not worth going to. It is not worth the money that they are charging. It is a 45 to $50 a night motel.

  Stayed 1 night for a trip to holiday world. Front desk was polite. Before going read online reviews and was kind of nervous, but when arrived everything was better than expected! Shower was kind of loud, not the BEST hotel but my stay was way better than all the other reviews.

  Besides the fact that the rooms are disgusting and smell like urine, everything is broken and outdated. Angie is so rude and disrespectful that I'm truly perplexed at how she has any type of employment interacting with people. I told the guy at check-in that I had Chihuahuas and he said no problem that it was $20 additional. I prepay for 2 days and 29 HOURS into my stay, they lock me out of my room, with my dogs and belongings locked in!! When I go to the front, Angie starts yelling at me and demands another$80 or I can't get in. I pay, she pretends to reactivate my cards and storms off. So, still being locked out, she refused to let me in and went to smoke. I couldn't make this up of I tried. There are plenty of other hotels in the area that I'm sure are way better than this!!!

  This is a horrible motel. Very dirty rooms. Beds uncomfortable. Holes in the walls. Scary to check in at night. If it qasn't so late and no refund policy on my booking I would have left immediately. Highway robbery to charge $84 for a room with 2 queen beds at this place. Do not stay at this place!
