Nice location. Beautiful water and cliffs! Nice restaurants. But it is not what it use to be. They have live music nowbut the people are all going elsewhere. That needs to change.

Great restaurant, fun family games/activities. We stayed last summer. Thought the lodge was a little overpriced, but had so much fun we would pay it again! Everything was easily accessible (pool, mini golf, etc). Looking forward to planning our next trip!

Absolutely loved the cabin. Definitely a great place to enjoy time with family and friends. The cabins themselves were clean and spacious. They have silverware, dishes, and cups stocked in the kitchen. I would recommend this place to any and everyone.

Great food! Service wasn't. Our server introduced herself and we never saw her again. However, a young man who was obviously overworked waited our table. He was great!

I have been coming here for the better part of 20 years for a late September fly in, making my reservation two years in advance every year. This year is the first time I have been disappointed. We always rent one of the larger cottages, and our unit had an inoperative central air conditioner, and they had installed window air conditioners in three rooms, plus a dehumidifier. This made it very noisy and difficult to sleep, especially with toddlers along this year for the first time. Also, my bedroom door was misaligned badly and wouldn’t latch, which meant the kids kept coming into my room. I brought all this up when we checked in on Friday evening, but the place was full and they couldn’t move us. Again upon check out, I brought these issues to their attention and they took notes. I’m certain they were already well aware of everything, they just seemed to try to appear attentive, yet offered no adjustment on our bill. I didn’t ask and simply left unhappy. This year certainly wasn’t up to their usual standards. The people are nice, the restaurant is good, but the lodging was, frankly, terrible. Did I mention the wallpaper was peeling away in several places? This dumpy cottage is number 217; if you’re checking in make sure they have it fixed up for you.

My family came here to eat at the restaurant, as we sometimes do. It was very good, as usual. Every food I tried was top notch. It's a little pricey, but I do believe you get what you pay for. We will visit again, I'm sure.

We were stuck in traffic for hours after the solar eclipse on Aug 21 and needed a room for the night. The staff at the lodge helped us out, gave us a comfortable cottage at a good rate, and made sure we had everything we needed when we arrived very late at night. I can't say much about the park, unfortunately, because our stay was so short, but we were impressed by the service!

Park itself is beautiful. Lots of nice photo opportunities. The lodge restaurant is OK. Not bad, but not great. At least the view is nice. If you buy a Kentucky parks gift card, don't plan on using it at the restaurant. They do not accept them.

The place we stayed at the lodge was dated but what do you expect it's a camping resort.the rooms come with to king size iron an coffee maker they offer cabins that come with two bed rooms as well.

Nice off the beaten path destination. 2 bedroom cabins were a bargain. If you plan on cooking bring everything you might need. Very clean and in good condition but a bit Spartan. Pet friendly accommodations. Helpful staff. Beautiful scenery. Easy drive to mammoth cave.

When we arrived for the buffet Memorial Day, we were greeted by live music. The park had many visitors this day! It was alive! The food and service was great. We ate and walked down by the lake. This was just a ride to eat for us, so we left after reading. The experience was good and we would have no problem doing this again!

Cute beautiful scenery and put put golf and some small trails, nice quiet get away. I will be back when the pool opens. Everyone was nice and room was clean, just retro style cabins but cute and balcony.

A very scenic place. The conference center is a good size and nice. Tv's staff was very courteous. Loved all the food. The disc golf course was quite changing, but that could have been because it was a windy day (watch out for hole #3!) There are some trails, but not as many as I thought there would be. If you're coming to the beach, bring beach shoes/water shoes because it's quite rocky.
