Beware of this dealership. Vehicle had check engine light on when I first drove it. Dax's dealership said they fixed the malfunctions and leaks so I purchased the car. However, malfunction lights came on again after about 200 miles. I attempted to call dealership to discuss issue but they refused to call me back so I took the car to a certified mechanic. The independent mechanic said the car needs a catalytic convertor, leaks oil (source unknown until more analysis is conducted) and transmission fluids plus other issues. The cost of these repairs are outrageously extensive. My mechanic said Dax's Deals put a new O2 sensor on the vehicle just so that the vehicle would pass inspection despite the car needing a catalytic convertor and other major repairs. This explains why the check engine light went off for a brief period.
BUYER BEWARE. If you consider purchasing a vehicle from this dealership get it inspected by a certified mechanic and do not rely on what anyone from the dealership tells you. Do extensive homework on the vehicle before you purchase it. OR, better yet, just go down the road to a better dealership.
AJ is a fantastic salesman. Love Dax Deals! We have purchased several Wonderful vehicles over the years.
I had many transactions with dealerships over the years, but I would have to say this was one of the most pleasurable and professional encounters thus far. From what I observed Ms. Ashley, Sale Consultant showed that not only is she skilled, but a valuable asset to that Dealership.
I had the worst car buying experience ever here, the owner is so rude and unprofessional. Stay away from this Dealer.
My husband and I had searched eastern NC for a Cadillac Escalade exactly like the one I previously owned and found the perfect one at Dax's Deals. With the help of Ashley we were in my new car within a day! Loved the prompt service, friendly atmosphere, and willingness to accommodate our needs. Will definitely will return to Dax's Deals when looking future vehicles!
I have recently bought a used BMW from Dax's Deals. It was a great experience from the beginning to the completion of the deal. Ashley was awesome, very friendly and professional. She worked with the finance department to get me a great deal. I will definitely buy from them again.
Excellent service. Ashley an Dax was the best. They really took care of me. Ashley thank for taking out your time for me. If there were a problem I could not handle I call her an she took care of the problem an help me out right away. Dax an Ashley great salesmanship. Dax an Ashley was superior .
Ashley is such a great salesman. Very attentive to the customers needs. But most of all patient. I will be glad to purchase a vehicle from her again. Thanks Ash!
Excellent business man. I purchased 2 cars from Dax. One Mercedes for my wife, and one BMW 2 years later for myself. Any problems I had, Mr. Dax personally made sure it was taken care of ans that I left happy. Mr. Dax, I would like to personally thank you for the business man qualities you possess and provide to your customers. A+++
This was a great experience. The staff was extremely helpful. Everything was smooth quick and easy.
I wish that I could give the place absolutely no stars. I went there with one of my mechanic friends because I needed a reliable car to get back and forth to work. They do not sell reliable cars at this dealership. I repeat: they do not sell reliable cars at this dealership. Within the first 30 days, the car broke down on me, needed parts replaced or repaired every couple days. Just when I thought I had fixed everything, something else went bad. I bought the car in cash and have paid about $4000 over the market value in fine print charges, and more than $7000 and counting after less than 2 months. Caveat emptor
The very definition of a sleazy used car lot. The bed of the small pickup next to the vehicle I eventually bought was filled with leaves and old cigarette butts. Obviously they don't care too much for presentation. Bought a vehicle from these guys and it had no oil on the dipstick and destroyed windshield wiper blades. The vehicle was also quite dirty inside and out when I bought it. God knows how long they were driving it around like that. The very next day the check engine light was on and it needed a $700 repair. They also took their sweet time mailing out my permanent plate. I had to call them to make sure they were going to give it to me. After hearing how they have been busy and they will look into it. Meanwhile I'm driving around with an expired temp plate. They finally delivered it to me 3 days overdue. The two salespeople that worked with me were super sleazy "Tattoos and Tonge rings, chain cigarette smokers too". I was financed through Wells Fargo and two weeks late after closing and signing all the paperwork I get a call from Wells Fargo asking if I was still interested in the car. I said I've been driving it already for 2 weeks and they said that was impossible because they did not receive any paperwork from the dealer yet. So I'm guessing Dax's deals was slow as hell on the legal paperwork with them too.
I did not personally deal with Mr. Dax maybe things would have been better if I had.
My advice is to not deal with these guys unless you have no choice.
Im hoping to not be retaliated upon because these guys probably still have all my information.
And if the owner cares I still have all the text messages with your employees acting like asses.
