  We purchased two vehicles from them in 2015.
  The Ford Focus we bought had an engine oil leak that was not disclosed to us. It also that a very deeply scratched windshield that I did get them to replace although they have no idea how they could have missed that when they prepped it????
  The truck we bought needed new sway bar bushings and links within the first week of ownership. It also had a broken tailgate latch that u was not told about.
  They also claimed that the computer program was faulty and that my payment was going to be higher than promised.
  We were in the market for a family car so I figured I would check out their "new and improved management"
  I was NOT IMPRESSED!!
  The two suv's they showed me were repainted and it was obvious that they were trying to pass off a pile o #### for a nice car. One looked like it had been soaking in saltwater under the car and had rust coming through that shinny fresh paint. The salesman literally said to me " don't worry about the price of the car, I'll get you a great deal" REALLY?!?! Don't worry about the price???
  Needless to say I will not be back and I can not in good conscience recommend them to anyone.

  There are some big new changes coming this month!! The store has had a few management issues, some people seem to be trustworthy but you never know till they are dealing with customers in the wrong way. I can assure you, this store is coming with totally new management team. Starting 02/01/16, the new management will be in place, and the customers satisfaction will be the most important goal.. not to just sell a car..
  So please come in and see for your self.

  After driving my 2011 Ford Edge for a few weeks. I am super happy with it. Pat Harrigan was a great salesman, he stayed really late on weeknights to fit my schedule so I could car shop. I got a great deal on my car and for a first time car buyer he gave me a great deal. Great costumer service. Really knowledgeable about the car industry. I would definitely buy another car from him. I would recommend this place to everyone I know.

  Earlier reviews are not debatable, however anything within the past year is what you want to look at. The Harrigan's, Pat, Shaun and Pat Sr. have taken over management of this place and your experience, whether you purchase a vehicle or not, will be a good one.
  
  I, like many others, generally despise auto dealers and would have never really thought about going to a strictly used auto lot. All previous vehicle purchases were done at a 'New/Used dealer'. The family that manages and operates this facility is top notch! They are VERY down to earth and blow no smoke screens about anything. My wife purchased a newer used vehicle from them, ONLY, because there was no 'game' that is the normal anywhere else. Well, because she liked the truck too A couple day's later, I purchased my newer used truck from them, based solely on the way we were treated and their professional/friendly/personable behaviors. I will buy from them again in the future and will recommend ALL my friends and family do the same!

  AMAZING EXPERIENCE!!! The new owners are so helpful and very dedicated in helping you get exactly what you want for what you can afford!! I have purchased two vehicles and will probably continue to do so in the future! I started out walking in there with absolutely no credit and they got me financed that day with their first time buyers program and I left THAT night with a new car. 6 months later I found out I was pregnant and decided I needed a bigger vehicle and they got me refinanced that week in the exact vehicle I needed! I have referred several friends and family members to Daves and all have left very happy with great vehicles!!
