My husband & I stopped in to see what they had to offer. We weren't greeted & didn't get eye contact until we were asked what could they get us. There was 3 people on the premises & not one time did we get greeted. Poor customer service. Will not go back.

My wife called to get a cake made for our daughters first birthday. It was short notice, so she called to make sure they could do it. She was told "yes" via phone, so she went there. Upon her arrival after driving all the way there was told "it couldn't be done because the decorator was ill".. My wife replied with "you just told me that you could, so I drove all the way here".. "sorry" was their response. My wife also said that the attitude and professionalism by the employee was bad. Our past experiences with them has been good so we wanted to use them again, however, our business will be taken elsewhere.
