They r very nice people w a good selection but they shouldnt give advice on shoe or boot sizing. Dont trust them. Trust YOURSELF for YOU r the 1 WHO HAS TO WEAR THEM EVERY DAY!

Today I came back in because of a flaw with the boots I purchased here. I've had the boots close to a month and when I came back in they had no problem exchanging them. I'm very happy with there services and was glad I was not stuck with the boots. Thanks for taking the time and making things right ever though it was the manufacturers fault.

Pros: Great selection of different brands.

Cons (NEW REVIEW BELOW): You pay full price. The young employee I dealt with was unhelpful. Any question I had she didn't have an answer. She was about as helpful as a cock flavored lollipop.

EDIT NEW REVIEW: I had a problem with my boots. A very old man (owner maybe) spent a good deal of time to help me. I change my rating from 2 to 5. I encourage everyone to give Ron & Nita a try!
