We have been with State Farm for over 20 years for home/auto insurance. We worked with a different agent many of those years but after working with Dane and his staff on an insurance need for my father, we moved all of our accounts to him! Dear Anthony,
I wish I could leave zero stars for my experience. Your customer service was amazing until you sold me on an insurance policy that has been the biggest inconvenience. I canceled my other polices to switch to State Farm with Anthony Blogna, just to find out they couldn't cover me as promised. After making the sale it's been nearly impossible to get in contact with you. Several days pass by without responses to phone calls and emails, it came to the point where I had to come into the office to speak with you. I'm posting on here because you won't return my call as promised, it has been several days. You have my number, please call to resolve this issue.

UPDATE: Anthony, thank you for the phone call regarding the negative review. I'm glad you're trying to resolve any issues but the last time we spoke, you were "calling your underwriters and calling me right back." I have yet to receive that phone call after almost a week, but called to see if I would revise my post.

Horrible experience with Anthony Blogna! ***DO NOT DEAL WITH THIS MAN!*** He guarantees you lower prices for insurance without doing any research. He did not check my driving record prior to giving me a "lower guaranteed price for insurance." He tries to sell you his services without obtaining necessary information. I had to ask him if he checked my driving record after he guaranteed a fixed rate. He replied, "no, I can check that now for you." Before checking my driving record, he wanted me to switch policies. How can you guarantee a lower fixed rate without checking someone's driving record? Save yourselves the hassle and go with a different insurance carrier. There are plenty of other insurance agents who are far more experienced in their field of work.

The friendliest and most helpful staff I have ever crossed paths with at an insurance agency. Very competitive rates and should you ever need to make a claim State Farm is the best, they are there for you! Dane Donaldson's State Farm office has helped me out in numerous situation. I have been with them for several years and they have always helped me get through tough situations. The staff is friendly, helpful, caring, and have always answered my questions on a first call basis. I was with 2 other insurance companies before I switched to state farm and Dane's office has been the greatest experience. I was able to pay less for more service. Dane is a very personable agent. He takes time to ensure that you have the products you need and doesn't try to sell you something that you don't. He wants to make sure that you understand what you are buying. His staff is very helpful and friendly. I needed to file a claim on Christmas Eve and they were still in the office when I stopped by after lunch.
