It was truly a sad day when my niece unexpectedly passed to the church triumphant.

The kind and caring staff at Botamer Florist in Elyria, Ohio, helped me select the perfect arrangement. The flower delivery was well-timed. As persons arrived, they first gravitated to the special-basket arrangement and viewed the card the shop firmly attached. I know the flawless flowers lifted their sad hearts.

I recommended Botamer to my brother in Georgia, who remarked, “They (the florist) went the extra mile.” Now I hardily recommend them to you.

I recently ordered a flower delivery of a sympathy bouquet for a dear friend in Sheffield Lake, OH. The turnaround time was great and I was informed via email once flowers were delivered. The arrangement was beautiful and the aroma filled the entire home.

When you’re ordering from out of town, you’re always a bit nervous that the arrangement will be as beautiful as you hoped. With Botamer, there was no need to worry. As my Valentine said, the roses were “beyond gorgeous.” Ordering over the phone was easy and they even sent emails to confirm the details and again after delivery was made. I cannot rave enough about Botamer Florist. Amy made all the bouquets, boutonnieres and a few other special flowers for my wedding day and they brought me to tears. She captured my vision PERFECTLY and made my flowers even more beautiful than even I could have imagined. She was incredible to work with and even helped us by giving tips for the home-planted centerpieces my family and I did for my wedding! She is truly and incredible person to work with and a true artist. She is also by far the most affordable florist and works so well with absolutely any budget. I cannot recommend her enough. She is easily one of the best decisions I made for my wedding day and will be for yours too!

Botamer's has been terrific for 5 years as I have moved out of town and frequently call to order flowers for relatives in Elyria. Their on-phone service has always been very courteous, their recommendations have been excellent and the quality of the flowers have been wonderful.

I have tried other florists in the area and did not get the same service and quality by a long shot.
