  The order took over 3 weeks to arrive due to shipping delays. The cards for your wallet are cute. I was disappointed with the actual tags for the pet collars, just not what I expected. I have three small dogs and the orientation and design dangled way too low and the tags are not in a format that would be durable, definitely won't work. I found a similar product with a much better design offered by a different company, and I ordered new tags through them. Customer service is great though, and they communicate promptly. There was an error on one of the proofs and the company quickly fixed it and shipped out new ones right away. Unfortunately, both orders arrived on the same day, so I didn't realize the product would not work for my dogs in time to cancel the corrected version.

  Ordered a set of tags for my new pupI had made an error on my tags and the team at My Pet DMV took care of the issue and updated it! I got a quick response as well, I was very happy! When the tags arrived, I, at first wasn't happy with the quality or delivery delay; HOWEVER, Mike, the owner of the company went through extreme lengths to make me a happy customer. I received new tags in the mail and ID cards that are beautiful quality! A big thanks to Mike and his team for the product. I highly recommend this for anyone looking to get their pet a custom and cute tag.

  Four weeks later still no tag, no contact information available and they haven’t responded to two emails. Order #11446
  
  Update: when we finally got in touch with them they sent a new set of tags. Instagram seems to be the best way to communicate with them.

  A fun idea. I ordered one for myself in CA, one for my brother in OR and one for my sister-in-law in the Netherlands. The company is set up for states in the USA, but they worked with me through several revisions to get a Netherlands-style license (odd addresses, metric system, etc.) At every step the Michael was very helpful, even after the first one sent out never arrived, he sent a second that did arrive in short order.
