  WORST DOCTOR I HAVE EVER BEEN TO IN MY ENTIRE LIFE ! I can't even go into detail , but let's just say she is outright rude and callous . She talked to me like I was a complete idiot , and made me feel as if I was wasting her time being in her office. She even put me down about certain life choices I've made recently and was SO heartless . I highly DO NOT RECOMMEND this office for anyone who expects to be treated like a human ! She is a sorry excuse for a medical physician .

  I absolutely hate this office! If you have a choice do not come here! Rudest staff by far, and hard to deal with I do not not know who I spoke to I believe it was the adminstrator but for my visit tomorrow I will for sure get her name and complain. Firstly, I do believe they don't really care about there patients. I have Medicaid in which I switched doctors recently, I asked them to give me a referel to see a specialty doctor (obgyn) for my pregnancy, and they denied me, even considering that I told them I was having complications. I know the rules and I know my old Doctor would refer me numerous times without any problems. I'm definetely going to change this office. Certain doctor offices can change things based on there preferences but this office was just rude. And let me add she hung up in my face. I will for sure Be complaining to the doctor about the staff.

  I am so happy to have started going to Clevland Family Health. The staff is very friendly and listens to patients concerns. They answer questions in a way that makes sense. The patient portal is an amazing tool. I would recommend this office to anyone looking for an exceptional team to care for their health needs!!

  I've had to bring my son to this office many times over the past couple months and the staff is fantastic. They listen, are caring, and willing to help in any way. Since moving here from PA in August I'd have to say this is the best dr office I've ever been to.

  The doctor was so rude and loud. Did NOT seem like she truly cared to help me. Seemed like all she did was make assumptions and judge me. I did not feel welcomed and cared for. Life is important and when you go to a doctor sick and concered about your wellbeing you want to feel cared for and welcome.
  
  You want a doctor who will help you figure out what your problem is instead of just saying
  "All your test are normal I don't know what to tell you"
  
  Then sending you off
  Like geez at least say "Hey maybe change up your diet, what do you usually eat? How often?"
  
  Like get to know me.maybe so u can see what could possibly be wrong.
  Finding a new doctor ASAP.
  Oh and for the sake of everything, don't go here if you're autistic. Worse doctor for most people on the spectrum.
  
  If you want a quick in and out type appointment for something simple then sure. Go here. But if you have serious health concerns that you can't seem to get straight or figure out what could be wrong. Then please save yourself the time and money go somewhere else.
