This company is amazing! They came in with a reasonable price and their crew was fast but good. They finished before schedule which was great. The guys were so respectful and hard working and they left my property cleaner then when they started. They even made sure it was safe for my dogs every day when they left! Would highly recommend and if you get Axel as your foreman you are super lucky he is the best!

I had some concerns due to several cracks in my stucco, so I gave Dalinghaus Construction a call. Phil was able to come out fairly quickly to inspect my foundation. He was super friendly and took the time to answer all my questions! Fortunately, I had no issues. I’m so thankful for this company & Phil. If I should ever need their services, I will definitely reach out again.

Mark was very helpful and informative. He listened to my concerns and really looked at the cracks and issues I showed him. He measured my slab and was very honest with his findings. Ultimately it wasn't a foundation problem and rather more likely a problem with our deck pulling on the house, but he pointed me to a structural engineer that might be able to help me move towards a solution and getting a new deck designed. Thank you so much for your honesty - it's given me peace of mind and I won't hesitate to recommend you to friends!

Phil came to inspect my foundation. He informed me the foundation was stable and showed no signs of needing repairs. As most companies will conjure up work that would be necessary for profits sake only, Phil was not concerned with profit only ensuring my home was safe. Honesty is a virtue and there is no better company to put your trust in. Phil did a through inspection and explained in detail what I believed to be a major problem was not. I was fortunate to find this company and work with Phil. I have no intention of working with another company for all my future needs. When you find a company this ethical, look no further.

Garrett really put me at ease after our inspection. He let me know that there were somethings we should monitor but that our home was safe. I will definitely refer them to anybody who make think they have foundation issues based on my visit. Thanks again Garrett my family and I really appreciate your honest.
