  I BEEN COMIN HERE FOR ALMOST 10 YEARS NOW AND ITS A REASON FOR THAT EVERYTIME ANS I MEAN EVERYTIME IVE CAME THE STAFF HAS ALWAYS BEEN HELPFUL AND ATTENTIVE ON EVERY VISIT. DR. BLACK IS THE BEST DENTIST IN THE CITY AND I WOULDNT PICK HIM OVER NOBODY ELSE. HE MAKES FEEL COMFORTABLE AND GOES ABOVE AND BEHIND TO MAKE SURE YOU FEEL NO PAIN.IF I COME IN THERE FOR ONE THING AND MIGHT NEED A LIL BIT MORE WORK DONE HE’LL DO IF HE HAS THE TIME AND HE’S FAST I RESPECT HIS WORK AND HIM.

  It was a while since I've been. I just wanted one tooth corrected and got an x-ray for that tooth. Dr.Black refused to correct the deficiency. I was foced to leave. Now, I have to get my $200 back for zoom whiting and find another dentist. So sad an angry

  Not sure who is attending to the phones but she clearly has no customer service experience. Why do I have to call back to speak to an eligibility counselor? I was there in August of 2021. Apparently she cannot look at my file and speak to me at the same time. Hire new talent that is able to do the work. The more 1 stars you get the more your business will fail.

  I read the reviews on this place and still decided to give them a call, I told the receptionist my coverage for dental work wouldn’t start until the following week (forgetting to mention I have basic coverage) so she told me it would cost for emergency dental assistance , exams etc ($55) which I got an appointment scheduled for the following day. I called back and mentioned that my insurance covers the exams and I made a mistake, so they proceeded to give me an appointment towards the end of the month just to get examined. So it seems if your not coming to give cash you are not a priority at this facility. I definitely wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone.

  My 30+ daughter was having sedation dental work to remove 4 molars. Staff knew she was extremely anxious. Staff couldn't have been more helpful. They helped her and me thru the experience. Valerie came out several times to let me know how she was doing. Stayed with us for the recovery. And Dr. William's was very kind and concerned with her too.
