My maid of honor was left to help me. We were greeted by the lady working and she was talking to us and someone else walked in so she went to help them and ended up coming to ask if my maid of honor was okay to help and she would check in with us and help us as needed. She spent 90% of the time with the other bride who walked in after us.

The guy who worked with us was great.
The lady who came in part way through to "help" was rude and unpleasant. 5 Star if she would have not shown up. Otherwise we love the suits the guy helped us choose.

After making a $400 down payment on a dress, the wedding was called off and they refused to give us a refund. The dress had not even left the store. They are a bunch of rip-offs. Do not shop here.

I cannot say enough about how amazing my experience with Alicia's bridal was. The entire staff is incredibly professional and give you piece of mind, when selecting the most important part of your special day.

They have an extensive selection of wedding dresses from fun and flirty, to classic. Their alteration services are very dependable. I went to several wedding dress stores/boutiques during my search and found Alicia's prices to be very reasonable.

I know it sounds cliche, but I really did find my dream dress at Alicia's and want to thank the staff for making my wedding day, the most wonderful day of my life! I really felt like I wore the most beautiful dress I will ever get to wear. Thank you so much!

I recommend for anyone out there, and will definitely recommend to my girlfriends.

Look out for these people, they will quote you one thing and when you go to pay add extra charges. Completely unprofessional and I would NEVER recommend to anyone! They quoted me for my fiancé wedding dress without telling me that it would be an additional $300 for alterations (that added over 30% to my total). When confronted they said "O ya we sometimes forget." Lots of other good places around that I would strongly suggest.
