The place is dead now they no longer serve frappes just ice cream and the ice cream is nasty what a waste of my five dollar gift card. Just close this place down completely.

If it was possible to give this place a negative,tust me I would! these employees arent sure what the difference between french fries and franchise is. The young boy working the drive through said they can't except coupons even from the app. Dairy queen is a sh** hole to begin with but we were past the point of waiting any longer. Mind you it was 8or9pm and we has been driving forever!! Ready to leave little Mexico and get back to phoenix. Don't stop anywhere in this cesspool of a town, come and haul ass back home!!

The Service at this particular store is absolutely despicable. They tell you they have what you are ordering so you order it. Then get home and it's something else entirely. I drive 30 minutes round trip to get to this particular DQ. On top of that I tried for 30 minutes to call the store, and they never answered the phone! If you don't have truffles don't say that you DO! I'm certain this will fall on deaf ears, but sometimes you just have to speak up!!

Good place to go to. Not sure if this happens with alot of other dairy Queen, but sometimes the ice cream is a little melted. Like as is if it wasnt kept cold enough. I asked an employee here a while ago why that was the case and she said the reason why was because this dairy Queen has some power outages. I am Not sure why. Hope this problem gets fixed. I would rather have brainfreezes then to have melted ice cream on my pants.

Store was extremely hot and uncomfortable. Temperture was 105 outside and the inside thermostad Read 91 inside temp. Unacceptable!!!!!

There's only one girl employee at this place - she didn't even had her uniform or name tag on.
She was rude to all the customers and would yell to everyone. The place smelled so bad you couldn't be inside the establishment. Also, the attitude of this girl working there was unbelievable, she didn't even greet the customers or apologize for the delay.
I waited 15 minutes just to be able to order and the girl wouldn't take my order because she was working the drive thru. Two more customers walked out because of the horrible service here-so I decided to leave and go to McDonald's; they are way friendlier and actually care about customers.response / report this review
