Was shopping at Walmart, came in cos I was in a hurry, tech was nice. Nail polish she uses stank like old paint I wanted to throw up when I got in my car. The powder did not match my powder at my usual nail shop. I will not be returning.

Went to get nails done, horrible experience. My daughter's nails fell off within 10 minutes of leaving the salon and when we went back in for a refund, we were told no, because the lady worked on them for 45 min! One worker, Wnedy, fixed my daughter's nails, still will not go back.

My experience with this place was okay. The tech was in a hurry. The quality of my nails was horrible, after almost two weeks of having my nails they all started popping off! Worst manicure I've ever had, and a definite waste of money and time!

I am SO disappointed in going to this establishment. I have gone twice. I had never had shellac nails before and a friend told me to go there. Her nails looked very nice. She said the shellac does not hurt your nails like acrylic does. Although they are sweet ladies, and I love the look of the shellac nails I got, I had to ASK for the young lady to use a clean towel. BOTH times!!! The ones that she tried to use were filthy!!!! I did get clean towels, but had to ask. I mean, really??? But what cinched it was the second time I went. The young lady dropped the powder that is used for their acrylic nails on the floor (which was NOT clean) and she scraped it up and put it back in the container to continue to use. I was the only customer there to see this. YUK!!! I have since learned that they should NOT peel the old shellac off your nail, rather soak them in acetone solution or use a wrap to dissolve the polish off. When I came the second time, I had to soak them but only in soapy water. So my nailed are hammered after only one shellac. I will NEVER go back. I will do my homework and find a CLEAN place where my nails are done right. I was a new customer the first time, but shame on me for going the second time, even though I didn't know how they would remove the old stuff! I paid $60 each time as I got a mani/pedi done. This second time the shellac is peeling off itself and it has only been 4 days! I mean, really???? DON'T GO THERE!!!

Went to get my nails done and seems like their personnel has no idea of what good or acceptable looks like, my nails were all uneven and had bumps due to the bad quality gel they were using. I told the lady that I was not happy with their service because I wasn't happy with my nails and I felt like she did everything on a hurry because there were people waiting, my nails look horrible I will never go back there. I paid 30 dollars for crappy looking nails. The worst part is that they won't take responsibility for their mistakes, they always seem to have an excuse for everything.

Worst experience ever! I went there yesterday to relax and get a simple Mani pedi. I'm happy with my Mani pedi but I was there for over an hour while they were trying to get their credit card machine working. They made me feel like a criminal because their machine was not working. I didn't have cash with me and I was not about to leave collateral with them. The whole experience was not fair and I will never go back. Luckily another customer paid for me but I'm also upset about that. I feel like she should not have gone out of her way for something that was the companies fault. I wasn't looking for any hand outs and they were not professional! Don't go here!
