Orion the cashier was VERY rude. I walked in with my pistol on my side legally. I have a license to carry. He told me he would not serve me unless I brought my pistol out. There was no posting anywhere that said I could not have my fire arm on me and only the owner can tell me to leave. He told me he almost called the police on me before I had a chance to explain myselfBut I complied anyway and brought it outside. He then continued to be very rude. Even after I spent almost $100 dollars.

I made a call in asking simple question and the guy could not answer one question of mine so I didn't waste my time even driving in i wanted a few answer if they were answered then then I would have bought 4 tanks for my 4 mods cause i also colect but just ended up going else where

Helpful and courteous staff. Got my juice supply's there and through talking with the staff over time, i decided to try out their golf discs and have been loving it ever sense. Thanks Vape Escape!!

Large selection of e-juice, e-cigarettes, and mods for all of my vaping needs.
The glass selection that they carry is huge. The glass comes from different glass blowers and is double checked before it is sold to be sure it is of the highest quality. It is also much cheaper than other stores in our area.
The store also carries disc golf discs and has a pretty good selection of plastic to chose from.
All in all I like this store and will go back many more times.

I have not had good experiences here. The guy working the counter does not know near enough about the products he is selling, the products sold here are outrageously over priced with a 200% mark up or more, the only Also their website may be one of the least informative websites I have ever seen.thing priced somewhat decently is the house juice and it is significantly less then mediocre. I went in for a specific product and although they supposedly carry the products I was looking for (Velocity RDAs), they had only two types in stock. The guy behind the counter told me he has been telling the owner for weeks to stock more, but he has not ordered more. The other product I saw there that I was interested in was priced at $45.99 when everywhere else it is priced for $21.99. That is absurd! I brought this to the attention of the clerk who was quick to tell me that I was looking at knock-offs, although this is very untrue. I could order products online and pay an expensive shipping and handling, and still get it for cheaper or drive south to Green Bay or Sheboygan and get products cheaper than Da Vape Escape. I have had friends go in and ask for pre-built coils and apparently the clerk just hands them a tote full of coils and tells them to search through them until they find what they want. That is poor customer service. The customer should not have to do the employee's job. If I could give half a star I would. I have been here multiple times between grand opening until now and they have only gone down hill. I doubt I will return unless they make some drastic changes, swiftly. I am not the only one who feels this way. It has come to the point that a group of people and myself have pooled cash together to pick up the products we are looking for down south when one of us heads down that way, rather then go to Da Vape Escape. I would not suggest this establishment to anyone, if anything I would tell them to go elsewhere.
