Horrible speeds, EXTREMELY unreliable internet, and VERY over priced the only reason DTC continues to exist is because of the monopoly they run in the rural areas surrounding them

Internet speed is slow and unreliable. Service was good for a while, now cant get them to come to replace bad router. I asked to be contacted about higher priced bundle and cant get them to do that either.

Dial up is faster than DTC DSL. They "own" the lines and keep out the competition. Better to write a letter and buy a stamp than waste your money one DTC

Have to agree with the other reviews. Terrible internet speeds. Over priced product. Monopoly on residential customers. And contracts with early termination fees. Just bad.

Slowest internet by far, but unfortunately have to use it because of where I live. Should be a last resort if looking for internet and phone services. Comcast is far better than this, and their tech support is virtually unreachable. Do not recommend to anyone outside of the Dekalb Area, nor would I even recommend to anyone in the Dekalb area. Terrible internet speeds, not to mention unreliable connection.

Does not fully offer fiber optics and kind of has a monopoly if these things are corrected will increase starting
