My husband went there 2 times now..and both times they couldn't get it righthow hard is it to cut it, tighter at the nape???? I guess very hard, cause instead the girl shaved his hairline shorterREALLY?????? NEVER EVER AGAIN.Go back to school girlsthis is elementary, first 500 hours of school covers this.

my whole family goes to that shop and the cutters in there are the best.. i have always been happy with the results of all 5 of my kids. ages 1-8. some kids dont know how to sit still. and there is no one named tami in that shop! good work

I wanted to let you know about my experience with this store yesterday. I took my 3 year old son for a hair cut. I took him to the store because of the convenience because I live in Maynardville. Tami cut his hair and it was the worst hair cut the child has ever had. He has had his hair cut since he was 6 months old and has never been a problem. We had an hour and half wait but that wasn’t the problem. I don’t care to wait for a good hair cut. As a three year old over an hour wait is very hard but we survived that. While having his hair cut yesterday (sitting very still for a 3 year old) his hair was butchered. I said I wanted a high in tide but not to short. We came out with absolutely no hair. Let’s just say he is almost bald. He has cuts all over his neck and on his ear. When I paid for the hair cut she had the nerve to ask me for a tip. I was very disgusted when I left. My son said he does not want to ever go to that store again. And he doesn’t have to worry because he never will. He just rubs his head and cries because all his hair is gone. I can’t believe that this place would hire people that can’t cut hair. They must not have much of a screening process when it comes to hiring. I am very upset and will never return to this store. I will be sure to pass along my experience to Maynardville residents.
