Don't shop at Cutlers
I have never been treated so rudely by a clerk. I was vacationing from Minnesota and saw a rug I was interested in but I did not have the measurements with me. I inquired about the name of the rug so I could order it when I returned home, all of which I explained to the clerk. She seemed reluctant to give me the information and then stated that they were in the business of making money and not giving things away. I was shocked. I became angry and told her I was planning on ordering it from them but needed the name of the rug. She finally gave me an item number specific to their web site. She could have given me that number initially, without insulting me, and still prevented me from ordering it from somewhere else. I took the number and threw it in the garbage when I left. Don't shop there.

My husband & I purchased a 4-glass set of Marquis by Waterford - Vintage double old fashion glasses on March 12, 2016.. The store had them marked as originally costing $100.00 on sale for $39.00. Since we liked the style and thinking we were saving 60%, we purchased them. We live in southwest Michigan and are not residents of Petoskey, so when we came home and unpacked the glasses we noticed the manufacturer's bar cost showing MSRP of $39.00, which we confirmed on Waterford's web site.
In our opinion very deceptive business practice and would highly caution other customers to be aware of Cutler's sale prices.
