I'm recovering from being crazy sick with the flu. I had to run to Hannibal to get an antibiotic for my daughter from the only pharmacy in a 50 mile radius that actually had it in stock. Idk how, as it's a newer vehicle and it's not supposed to lock if the key is inside the vehicle, but it locked. I filed my locked out claim online with State Farm, and within 10 minutes, the driver from Custom towing and recovery called my cell. He was so fast, and super nice. I feel terrible as I can't remember his name.

Had a flat and my insurance roadside assistance contacted Custom Towing. They sent Jeremy out and he was fantastic! Polite, professional, timely. Put my spare on and found it to be low on air. Called my insurance co to confirm a tow and took me to the repair shop. I can’t say enough about the service! Thank you so much!!

Chris was by far a life saver. He came immediately upon my request for tow and took me to a recommended repair shop when the company I looked up was not even in business anymore. He went out of his way to make sure I got a meal as I was choosing to sleep in my vehicle until morning when I could obtain a ride. Very professional and polite.

Simply AWESOME!! The ONLY choice for our family for ANY roadside/towing needs we may have in the future near the Hannibal:/New London, MO area!! Great communication, FANTASTIC DRIVER who was VERY HELPFUL and EVEN CAME BACK TO BRING ME THE HITCH OFF MY TRUCK. THIS WAS AFTER HE HAD ALMOST ARRIVED TO THE REPAIR SHOP SOME MILES AWAY!! Did I mention - it was hotter than Hades on a late Sunday Afternoon?!?…

I was four hours away from home when my water pump locked up and my serpentine belt snapped. Custom Towing was contacted by my insurance company's road side assistance provider and they were amazing. The driver was able to advise me over the phone about the most likely source of my issue, which allowed me to adjust the roadside assistance request. He arrived quickly, and both he and his boss were very helpful in dealing with the (clueless) insurance company. Custom's people were honest, forthright, and treated me far better than I could have expected. They helped me find a place that could get my repair done immediately and they were critical in getting me back on the road. They truly went the extra mile in every respect. 5/5 would definitely recommend.
