  The owners, Rachel and Stephen Duffy, are amazing and run a top-notch professional business. They are responsive and dependable, and the quality of their team and cleaning services are excellent. I feel comfortable that our home is secure during their visits and am glad to support a local business that provides such a high level of customer service and satisfaction. For those with pets, I’m also happy to share that Custom Cleaning is pet friendly, and their staff got along well with our two dogs.

  Custom Cleaning did an unbelievable job deep cleaning our apartment. It looks better than it did the day we moved in. Extremely responsive, professional and diligent. Will definitely be using Custom Cleaning for regular cleaning services and I highly recommend them for all your cleaning needs. Beyond impressed with the service and quality of work. Wow!

  We have been using Custom Cleaning for a little over a year and have had nothing but positive experiences. Rachel's team always does a great job and has been very easy to work with. The company also seems to value paying employees a living wage, which is something we look for in businesses we work with.

  We've used Custom Cleaning for several years and have always been extremely pleased with the work and work ethic of the crew. They are also flexible so when we need to change the day or time, management was able to accommodate us. Their rates are quite reasonable for our area and we plan to keep using them.

  I have used Custom Cleaning Service for over 5
  Years. This service is very professional. Rachel, the owner cares about her customers and specific needs. I am impressed with her responsiveness and attention to details. Her crew will not only clean but will move furniture so that items are placed back when we arrive.
  Her team are hard workers & pleasant. They have been trust worthy and show loyalty to Rachel. This in itself, speaks volumes for a well run business.
  Highly recommended!
