Amazing staff. I had an issue with a groupon I bought months ago and I was expecting it to be complicated. After explaining the issue to them, it was fixed in less than 30secs. They worked with me and turned what I thought was going to be complicated into an easy fix.

I had an amazing experience there. The pricing is right and the employees are very helpful and considerate!They did a great job installing a remote car starter and installing Memphis Subwoofers in my trunk in my Kia Optima 2015. I would defiantly recommand going here than anywhere else. Best expirence I've had at a car and home audio store. I think I might have them come to my house and install a Sonus Audio System. Highly recommand going here.

Over the last several years Nate Gast and the guys at Custom Audio Concepts have taken care of me for my Home Audio and Video including Custom In-Home Installation for my Patio Speakers, Rock Landscape Speakers, and even a Flat screen that my family and I can enjoy outside! I just purchased my 4th television from Custom Audio Concepts and have plans for 2 more in the near future Prices may seem to be slightly more expensive at first, but the lines that they carry are usually higher end products than what you see in the Big Box and grocery stores, and since I don’t make major purchases like this every day, I feel that an extra $100- $200 on a $1,500 3D Television is money well spent to get a better quality product. Also getting it from someone who has the knowledge for the best products to fit your personal needs and still stay in your budget is important too. There's something to be said for Professional, Personal Service before and AFTER the sale. Thanks again guys Customer for Life!
