Dont understand where all these positive reviews arw coming from. I was ready to buy and Amy Koontz turned me away from this dealership. She was rude and any question I tried to ask where met sarcasm and a generall feeling of irritation. After hearing others stories about wrecked vehicles being sold as new im glad I didn't purchase anything.

Best car buying experience! Zac and Cathy were great. Zac took the time to listen to what I wanted. Gave me many options all while getting to know a little bit about me. Never pushy and completely honest. I will buy all my future cars from him. Cathy made the buying process fast and seamless. Very friendly and I highly recommend to anyone looking to buy a vehicle buy from them!

Our compliments to Zac Shy who went above and beyond to help visitors from South Carolina who were having issues with a rental car from the Fort Wayne airport. A huge thank you to Greve!!!

We have been looking off and on all year for something to replace my Chevy Traverse. Earlier this year Mason tried talking us into a Chrysler Pacifica and we didn't do it. But now that we decided to look again, I immediately called Mason, told him my requirements and he agreed the best vehicle for us would be a Chrysler Pacifica. Not only was he super knowledgeable about the vehicle and what would best suit us, he went out of his way to bring it to me! He and Alex are amazing!

The experience was wonderful. I was basically in and out with all of my questions answered. Sometimes you go into car lots and trading in or buying a car takes several hours. That was not the case at Greve. Although, my car salesperson was fairly new on the job, she did a great job at answering my questions or figuring out the questions for me. My interest rate was literally cut in half, and that was one of the major goals going into Greve. They accomplished what I set out to do and I couldn't be more pleased. I am giving this a 3 star rating because of the "detail" job. I had to take my new vehicle home and clean it all over again. Inside and out. It looked like the only area that was "detailed" was the dash and the driver seat, partially. I was not happy at all. Having to go and redo someones job when all I wanted to do was enjoy my brand new vehicle put a damper on my mood. I didn't even get to enjoy that new car smell. Disappointing to say the least.

My wife and I had a very poor experience at Greve Chrysler. We were told that both the tires and breaks were replaced at trade in with the vehicle that we purchased one more than one occasion. Once we started driving the vehicle around town we noticed a scrapping noise with the back tires so to investigate our break noise, we took it to our mechanic in town whom we have been doing business with for years. After they looked at our vehicle, they confirmed that our back tires were never replaced and actually need to be replaced in the next few months, and that the back breaks were a complete mess. Apparently when Greve Chrysler replaces breaks, they only replace the brake pads and nothing more. Our mechanic showed us the rotors and they were completely rusted and he couldn’t quite understand why someone would put new brake pads on rotors that looked this bad. We had to spend about $300 to get the brakes fixed on the vehicle we were told had just been replaced. I called Greve and spoke with Alex, who may be one of the least helpful and sympathetic manager’s I have ever spoken with. When trying to explain our situation, there was little done to understand it from our perspective or our point of view and it instantly became him versus me as if I was trying to get something from him, or trying to get something over on him. I had told him that Mike told us that the breaks and tires were replaced at trade in and when he asked Mike, Mike denied ever telling us that information. Then Alex checked the service records and said that only the back brakes were replaced. I told Alex that I took the car to my mechanic and that the back brakes were never replaced and he responded by saying that I was wrong because the service records indicate that they were and he would not be able to do anything or help me at all. All I was asking Alex to do was replace my brakes that I was told was replaced, and I got so desperate I had to bust out a line I saw on their website that says “we will do whatever it takes to ensure you are 100% satisfied with all of our products and services”. After bringing up that line on their website, Alex finally attempted to correct the situation and he said that best he could do is look at the car at his shop, no exceptions. We live an hour and a half away and honestly didn’t trust them so we bit the bullet and fixed the brakes ourselves. After going to pick up the vehicle after the brakes had been fixed, our mechanic showed us how bad the brakes were and still couldn’t understand why any competent mechanic would throw new brake pads on something this bad. Based on my experience I would highly suggest never doing business with Greve Chrysler in Van Wert. They had multiple opportunities to correct their wrong and they refused.

Basically happy. I lease. He should have shown me more cars. I am trying to get my guts up & ask to lease another Jeep. I LOVED my Jeep! He talked me into a Dodge Journey. It's nice but it's not a JEEP.

I can't remember a time where the service department didn't treat me or a member of my family as valued customer. Always great customer service, friendly staff, always serve with a smile.

I see some reviews where people are posting about used vehicles not being in perfect condition. They are USED vehicles and if perfect condition is what you're looking for, buy brand new. We are here to help you find whatever it is you're looking for and give you as best price as possible while doing so. No one is looking to rip anyone off and all we will do is aim to please.

    Thank you.

Apparently I owe them $70 because they looked at my engine, and I do mean looked. I also let them replace my cam shaft sensor on a different day and upon picking my truck up the dash gave a cam sensor code. I'd recommend going elsewhere.

The only good thing I can say about this dealership is they had the vehicle I wanted. Here is the rest of the story:
    * when they brought the truck out to me; tires were low, truck needed to be taken back to shop and filled
    * No floor mats, which come with truck, we're provided / or offered
    * front driver side tire is badly worn on inside edge
    * 4 weeks later; dealership states they don't take care of out of state tags. Over my 35+ years of owning vehicles, I've bought cars from several different states. EVERY dealership has taken care of the tags.

These listed items provide an initial mindset, to a customer, that the dealership does not want or care about after the sale; inevitably hurting outside local area sales.

I personally drove 600+ miles to buy, and trade, for the vehicle I wanted. Additionally; i am working 2,004 miles from my home. Located in San Antonio, Texas. Indicating that a customer, who knows what he wants, will go to immeasurable lengths to purchase a vehicle he desires.

Consider that foreign auto manufacturers make nice cars. but, what sets them apart from the US is that there customer service far exceeds US auto manufacturers sales lots.

Advice; avoid this dealership if your from outside the state.

Our family purchased a used truck from Greve. Was assured that it was checked over and mechanically in good shape. The AC went out the first day of driving. Over $500 later, other things are popping up. Not sure if they inspect their vehicles at all. They were nice before the sale then said tough luck after. I would not recommend these guys at all.
