We called Cumberland Valley Heating & Air about installing a mini split heat pump system. When I requested a quote, the estimator who came to the house was on time, courteous, and very professional. He made suggestions that were on target with our overall renovation plans and I felt confident in the layout and size that he was proposing. Pricing was very reasonable in comparison with other quotes. The technicians installing the system arrived on the day they were scheduled and completed the installation quickly and efficiently. We're using the system now and are delighted with how it functions, how quiet it is, and how nice it looks.

Cumberland Valley Heating & Air Conditioning is first class in my opinion. I purchased a new heat pump unit from them in Fall 2016, and I was very pleased with all aspects of the installation. The installers were professional and courteous, and the office representatives were very helpful by providing rebate and tax credit forms. I highly recommend this company to anyone looking to replace an existing system or to purchase a new system.

I have had service calls in the past to repair my AC, and this winter I had a brand new Trane AC system installed by Cumberland Valley. They are always prompt, professional, and friendly. They go above and beyond to get the job done and do great work. I highly recommend this company if you need a good HVAC company, call them.

They were very professional; came promptly the day of the appointment I had for the installation of a new furnace and a/c. The job was finished more quickly than I was expecting. All that should have been removed was removed - no sign of any trash or old bits of things left behind. I was happy with their work and wouldn't hesitate to recommend Cumberland Valley.

I needed to replace the original unit that was installed in my house in 1997.
I contacted Cumberland Valley about replacing the indoor and outdoor
in early April. They sent out Jeff Short and he gave me an estimate to replace
the unit and it was very reasonable and agreed to have Cumberland Valley
do the work.
My in laws are having issues with the heat pump at their house and I have
told them to contact Cumberland Valley.

Cumberland Valley replaced my oil furnace and 20 year old AC unit with new Trane equipment. The natural gas furnace is much more efficient and is saving us a lot of money on fuel costs. The new AC unit is also more efficient and keeps the house much cooler at a lower cost than our old unit. Their workmanship was first class and they had our old furnace out and the new one installed in only 1 day. I highly recommend Cumberland Valley Heating & Air Conditioning.
