Juan is very rude and disrespectful and unprofessional. I had talked to him on a number of occasions and he is not pleasant at all. Now on the other hand Phyllis is wonderful to work with. Just a heads up they do not take your money when offered to make a payment if your a couple bucks short. If you are a month behind they fee you so bad that they make it hard to pay to keep up. Then they deny payments and They sell all your belongings and lie to you straight to your face. I would not recommend this facility to anyone and beware of your belongings. This facility is over rated and they sell your stuff even when you want to pay them. They are just pathetic and they are thieves and your whole life could be gone with in a day. BEWARE OF THESE PEOPLE.

The cost is Very Reasonable, the property is always clean, I feel safe anytime I am there & the staff Always go above & beyond!! I highly recommend this facility.

They guys here go above and beyond just renting units! Very nice and friendly when something happened to my family. I would most definitely recommend if you need a storage unit go to them.

Juan was very helpful. When I came to sign all the paperwork, he told me everything I needed to know and how to get the door open and how to get around everywhere in the building. The storage I originally got was smaller then I expected. Juan was very nice and helpful and showed me the next available size up. I would definitely recommend!

Juan Campos was incredibly helpful! Moving can be really stressful, but Juan made sure that we were taken care of, and went above and beyond to accommodate us. He checked in on us periodically to see if we were doing okay, and if there was anything we needed from him. Great guy! Super impressed with the professionalism at this location. I would definitely recommend using them to a friend.

Juan was extremely helpful in my decision of which size unit I needed. He was very patient in explaining and showing me all my options. I never felt rushed. The entire staff is always friendly and the facility is always clean and organized. I would highly recommend CubeSmart to anyone who is looking for a storage unit.

Easy drive up acess to outdoor unit, indoor options. First month free and good pricing to comparable locations. The storage units and bathrooms were clean. Staff are nice and accommodating!!!

Was in to check out the climate control units, very clean. The managers on staff, Brian and Julie were very knowledgeable and kind in helping me in making my decision. Will recommend to family and friends.

Just rented self storage at CubeSmart and I was overly impressed with the high quality of service I received. It started with my first phone call inquiring about available units. Phyllis got back to me with in a couple of hours and provided me with the on-line discount. When I went over the following week to sign paperwork, Juile was the manager on duty. She was awesome. Totally took the time to show me the storage center, how to use the keypad and loading dock and then showed me again where my unit was! Amazing customer service!

I have had a storage unit at cube smart for over 2 years and have had nothing but the best of service from Brian and Phyllis. at one point I had 2 storage units as I sorted and got rid of things. They have always been very helpful to me. I have and will continue to recommend people to cube smart
