I had a hairstylist appointment today at East Wind Business Complex on Phelps Ave. in Rockford, IL. BEWARE!!!!!! of parking your car anywhere near the concrete walkways surrounding the buildings. The blacktop surfaces are broken and sunk to such a level that the front end of your car will get seriously damaged. It happened to me. I pulled my car in for the scheduled appointment and the concrete walkway did $1000.00 of undercarriage and front bumper damage to my car. The parking lot surrounding the building hasn't been repaired or resurfaced for years. Potholes to numerous to mention. I contacted the general manager of this facility to inquire about if they were insured for such incidents and the rude reception and negative comments I received were unbelievable. If this is the way this company treats incoming customers to their tenant's businessesI wouldn't consider even looking at them for a lease space. Very unethical.

East Wind is more Affordable than anyone in Rockford.They keep their grounds and office space immaculate. East Wind can not be beat for someone starting a small business.

The most affordable Office Space in Rockford. I rented from East Wind Business Complex for 5 years before retiring. Tammy Richards and her husband Jeff are awesome managers. East Wind is well maintained. Neil the maintenance man is on top of it. The Richards have 1 to 6 room Office Spaces Available. Month to Month or leases are available. Lots of free parking. They are the best.
