  Just watched Rick Monroe & Gary Allen. SUPURB lay out, no posts to block the view, clean, and comfortable atmosphere. Staff was helpful and kind. I would definitely come backeven in a nasty snow/ice storm.

  This is my 3rd time I've been here, I saw Joan Jet, Styx and now Warrant. I had a great time each visit, Crystal Grand is the perfect size. Easy to find, right next to the Interstate I90, I94.

  We have been coming for years but not no more!!! Arrived today to show and found out you have to pay for parking. We were here 2 weeks ago and did not have to pay for parking . New people took it over and they are now charging for parking. Sad day!!! Can see this place dying out now!

  Peoples sitting in front but have to stand. A bigger gentle blocks view all nite. Security did not do anything.

  Not impressed at all with the clarity of package details. The VIP ticket packages are a mess. The advertising for shows are misleading and even when you call for clarification, nobody really seems to know anything. The ticket price for VIP tickets are 4.3 times that of a regular ticket ( much the same as everywhere else except for the fact that the other venues add value to the package). The 2 free drinks are rail drinks, not a premium spirit. There is no early entry to the venue. The lanyards and placards are very cheaply made ( not laminated, just poster board with a lanyard that if it gets damp at all is ruined.). And the advertising depending on which ad you look at are all different with conflicting times listed. Do not expect any autographs or a meet and greet unless you are willing to double your VIP ticket price, as they may do a drawing for a few ticket holders to do a meet and greet ( everyplace I have gone that has VIP tickets available always include a meet and greet and special merchandise for those people, Not here !!)!! And maybe if someone remembers, the AC will have been turned on in time to cool the building for the show,( huge failure for Cheech and Chong)!!!
