My girlfriends and I had an awesome time at Marina Bay! The crew was super friendly, our boat was extremely clean and the lake was gorgeous! I would HIGHLY suggest Marina Bay Boat Rentals for all of your summer lake activities!!!

If you are under the age of 30 or have over 6 ppl in your group. They will only offer you a pontoon and tell you thatit is the only thing available and they recommend it even if you specifically request a different boat. The manager literally told me over the phone to give the driver a good tip not like $20. They are very unprofessional and dont care to meet customers needs. go somewhere else. They also want 25 an hr for a driver. Other places only charge 10. Bad service and rip off

My spouse and I have been trying to reserve a boat for a week now. We want to rent one of their Monterey speed boats. Every time we speak to the manager, she is adamant that we need a pontoon! We don't want a pontoon! I don't know how many times my spouse has told her that and she still insists on giving us a pontoon when he made his inquires clear.

I called to make a reservation and this lady said she will call me back. She called me back and asked me for my information regarding date and time and the number of our party. I told her from the beginning: I want a Monterrey speed boat for this date and time. She told me, "okay, honey, so you are getting a pontoon".

I took my money elsewhere and reserved the speed boat we wanted!

This place needs to listen to what the customers want!

Very friendly and courteous staff. Charges are on the higher side a little, but can't blame a busy tourist destination to be so.

We just had a great day on Lake Geneva! We made our reservation in February for a bachelorette party. Pam was so helpful in explaining our options and making recommendations. Robby was our driver. He was great. The staff was helpful. Helped us get our bags and coolers on and off the boat, which was in perfect condition. We stopped at Chucks for a drink on their deck. We could have had lunch there, but had Jimmy John's deliver sandwiches to the dock. Convenient location and parking. Would definitely use Marina Bay again.

My husband and I wanted a small non- traditional wedding. So we started looking for options. We found Marina Bay boat rentals and it was worth our effort. Everyone was amazing and friendly. The cost was perfect we got married on the water and it felt like we were in another world. Thank you Marina Bay!
