I sincerely loved my almost 4 years at 5170 Bayard in North Pacific Beach. Wendy and Crown Management made this the best apartment living experience of my life. Every aspect of renting was ideal: easy move in/out, fast maintenance turnover (even though I rarely had any problems), online rent payment, well kept grounds, fair pricing, quiet and respectful tenants, and a perfect location - close to everything and 3 blocks from the beach! The only reason I left was for a job in another city. I will greatly miss my home in PB and highly recommend Wendy and Crown management and the rentals they offer!

Crown Management has made my renting experience wonderful! They have the most gorgeous listings so you will not be disappointed. I have noticed their listings go quick so if you're interested I highly recommend jumping on them if you can. The renting process was super easy and you can do everything electronically after seeing the unit. I love being able to access the tenant portal where I can make online payments and submit maintenance requests. Thank you Wendy and Crown Management for making this is a great experience!!

I rented from Crown Management for 2 and a half years, and could not say enough good things about their management. I absolutely loved my apartment. There were few issues, and when they would arise, Wendy was always available and promptly responded. The whole team that works from Crown were professional and did wonderful work. I was sad to part ways with this management company and would highly recommend them! Thanks for everything!

A wonderful relationship we've had for the past 8,5 years with Crown Management. The online maintenance request and online rent payment system is a smooth one. Always been helped out asap by very friendly employees. When we mentioned the front yard looked rather dull, the whole front yard received a complete renovation so as to have a pleasant experience coming home each day and curb appeal for the whole neighborhood. We've received many new household appliances and repairs over the years, as soon as we asked for them. We even received a 'free of charge' paint job in the nursery room when we were expecting our twins! I cannot say enough nice things about the hard work Crown Management puts into making their tenants happy. If we were to move within the area we would definitely find housing through Crown Management again!

I would like to personally thank the staff at Crown Management for the exceptional service, and professionalism they displayed during my stay at one of their rental properties. As a former military man, I have moved around often, and have experienced multiple rental management companies. Crown Management is by far the most organized, and customer service oriented organization I have leased from. They treat their customers extremely well, and were very helpful during the move-n/move-out process. Their properties are extremely well maintained, and they always provide advanced notification if any maintenance needs to be performed in, or near a tenants unit. I have zero complaints, and would highly recommend Crown Management to anyone. Patrick and Wendy are Rock Stars!

Couldn't be more thrilled about my experience renting through Crown Management. They always responded to maintenance requests within 24 hours and I loved being able to make my payments online. Highly recommend renting through Crown in the Southern California area :)
